Is that as tall as BC front legs can go, do they not stretch out longer? Every pic I see of him always has him in a pouncing like look with his front legs bent inward, can he not do a majestic head up look? Sorry for the question mine hasn't arrived yet

I hate the front leg design. It's flawed so I'm gonna mod it so that it gets one more click for straighten up, not sure yet if I'm go upper or lower, but def modding it one way or the other.

 

Okay, so someone finally clarified what's going on with Deluxe Faker. According to this TNI article: Masters Of The Universe Revelation Masterverse Deluxe Faker A Timed Exclusive And Will Be Available Eventually Everywhere it will not be a Target exclusive just a timed exclusive released first at Target (possibly as early as next week).

Personally, this figure is a pass for me. It's really cool and I adore the ripped flesh and it works based on what we've seen in the show, but I really need a repaint with the classic blue skin (especially since the orange Skeletor armor has been included). Hopefully, a repaint like that is coming at some point.

 

It looks like they are giving a nod to the blue Faker colors by having the metal parts have a blue sheen or tint. That being said, it would be cool if a repaint is later made available with blue coloring or a color change plastic.

 

I haven’t seen them in my area of CA yet.

 

Scareglow will go live on Mattel creations 7/22 at 9PST/12EST?

 

I particularly want to know what did happen with Orko? He looks very capable, and confident, of repelling a magic attack in the trailer, protecting Teela and Evil-Lyn?

Is that really Evil-Lyn needing magic protection from Orko? That would be amazing, and an impressive character arc.

 

Are those typically hard to get?

Was thinking of hitting him with a flat coat spray. I don't want to paint it and that's an easier way to get rid of the plasticy shine.

I've seen Pixel Dan and Preternia on Twitter concerned about availablity but I was able to preorder Crystal Origins Skeletor without an issue. I think it stayed available for quite awhile, although things may have changed since that initial offering. That was my only experience with Mattel Creations.

I'll never understand the reasoning behind making a character/design everyone wants exclusive to anywhere. I mean, I get it from that outlets pov but it's just bs imo. It's turned collecting into more of a hassle than the fun and mental break it's supposed to be.

 

Supposed to be a regular release of Scareglow in the mainline.
Won’t have the exclusive box and not as many paint apps or accessories.

Probably be flipped as well, instead of the body being a dark translucent with glow in the dark bone pattern it’ll probably be Glow In the dark with black bones like the other versions of Scareglow.
I doubt it will have the power sword either.

 

I don’t think they’ll flip the color-scheme that is the Revelation look.

I think no extra paint, no box and no bendy cape is more likely.

 

I don't care about the box but less paint sounds lame. No choice but to try to go for the exclusive.

 

I had a pretty easy time getting my wife the exclusive Pennywise and Grady Twins Monster High dolls last year. They did sell out within half an hour to fourty five minutes iirc. But if you were there at drop it was pretty painless.

 

Hot damn!!! This has the feel of one of the vintage everybody fights posters.

 

Awesome! And it looks like Teela is still the Queen of Squats…lol… Many of the designs in that poster look classic as opposed to some of the reimagined designs we have seen.

That's Blast Attack. I believe his OG toy gimmick was that his torso would blow apart or something. Can't recall him ever being used in the Filmation show though. Even reimagined for the Horde like they did some of Skeletor's minions once they switched to She-Ra.
