I love that the combiner sword has spinning wheels of death on the sides, so ridiculous. Weird how red he is though.

 

This thing looks cool. I have respect for toys of characters from the cartoon that feel like they jumped right off the screen (with a real-life, detailed look that's not a boring and bland "EXACTLY like the cartoon" look). But I LOVE the stylized figures a lot. Especially for some of the characters that weren't from the first two seasons.

Divebomb here really pulls this style off. I also wish the wings weren't clear (they don't look that much better, and there will always be the fear of it going brittle). But the whole thing is just STUNNING. I can't wait for the rest of the set.

 

Iron Man also has a quad bike & Spider-Man had a dune Buggy ..... so sometimes it's best to just 'go with it'.

Possibly getting this, I love the idea of a Legends class Predaking. The odd style doesn’t bother me, it means I won’t have to worry about him fitting my Iron Factory shelf, he’ll be a stand alone.

 

There is definitely some simplification to the design compared to the MP scale version. Which is actually a great thing, since it gives me an excuse to double dip on these Predacons without the two sets being the exact same or having to wait for a repaint of the MP scale ones. In my opinion, the aggressive styling by Jiyi Co. is just about perfect for both sizes. It would be absolutely comedic to display the combined Legends version facing off against the super cartoony MFT Dinobots.

Why are they diving into the legends scene all of sudden?

 

We only got a render of Zeta Toys Beastking but i'm pretty sure their still gonna do it. Maybe give it to a new company like how their Raiden is being made by Moon Studios now( i think Moon Studios might do their Predaking after Raiden). But yeah its gonna be a long wait for a G1 MP Predaking.

 

I don’t know what the size is exactly, but this will hopefully go great with an Iron Factory collection

 

They mentioned being around 20cm (we're hoping a bit bigger). I.F. Bruticus is around 22cm, so they'd be very close. As a result, yes, I'm thinking they'd go well with other Iron Factory figures.
