Yes==I bought that 3p TransArts Rav the day I saw it, so lovely! I keep that Rav in robot mode, the WFC one I want to keep in cat form. Chosen Prime had it in stock and I got it in 3 days, which was a great surprise.

I'm picky about my Ravages, too. I love the Reformatted one but I wish they had actually made Ravage black and not greenish grey.

I'm surprised you have none of the Ocular Maxes; I have all three plus their Howlback and Glit  

And yes, I'm a *bit* of a Ravage fan. 140K words and counting on AO3 of Ravage's adventures in my IDW Fix-It AU.

 

Or at least it's a widespread misassembly that indeed prevents the knees from functioning.

Same! (From Chosen Prime). It was my first time ordering from there and was pleasantly surprised! Mine didn't come with instructions (normal?) and I kept looking for tabs to stick the guns on the legs. Watched a review and the magnets were mentioned. They went right on and it was so cool.

Ocular Max Not-Ravage is there. WFC Soundwave was being a jerk and blocking him. That's been corrected  

Beast Wars/G1 Ravage was my dog's namesake so I've kind of been obsessed with the character since.

In full packaging with chinese instructions, the first photos and video having been taken inside a store? As well as the guy having gotten his copy with two right guns exchanged. I don’t think thieves generally have a returns policy. More likely it’s Hasbro Asia distributing early as they do with every release.

 

If this set was originally intended for SDCC, it makes sense that it would be hitting Asian retail right about now, since SDCC is just a week from now.

Or they could just rename the other one to be just for the Haslab, since that's pretty much the only discussion happening there

 

No kidding. I get that both announcements happened on the same page, but lumping them into one thread has made separating the two discussions... A bit tedious.

 

Except that for this year - SDCC is in November Thanksgiving weekend...

 

I'm sure this set will find its way eventually to specialist stores as previous releases have.

 

The con in November is a "smaller, supplemental event" called Comic Con Special Edition. SDCC Live@Home is happening July 23-25th.
