Yep it\'s official. I\'m a sucker for black and purple repaints 

 

How posable is this guy?

 

The base StarSaber figure is pretty articulated, most joints you would expect from a posable action figure are there. Not sure how those joints would hold the weight with V-Leo added though(they aren't the strongest), probably not so much which is why we mostly see him in stoic standing poses as Victory Saber.

 

I love my Dark Star Saber and I’m very pleased to have scored one despite living in Europe, but I’m not eager to go through all that trouble again lol. Victory Leo looks awesome in black though, and it’s good they’re releasing a set for those who missed out on DSS.

 

Ah, so it's just a combined mode? I thought this was the first time we're seeing an official third party figure that transforms and thought hell froze over.

 

The colors do suit it, but it's a bit too close to Tarn for me to spend the amount of money needed to get Dark Sabre and Dark Leo.

 

Cool, but expensive.

 

I wish they took pics of Black Leo on the regular Star Saber just like how they had Black Saber wearing Victory Leo before. BVS isn't doing anything for me, and I usually love my black repaints to death.

 

Basically Victory Leo as a lion splits apart and reattaches to Star Saber. There is no robot mode for Victory Leo.

Hard to get excited about this anymore knowing there's a HasLab Star Saber (potentially with Leo) coming.

 

My Victory Leo got delivered. Looking forward opening him, so I can decide if I want to track down the black variant.

 

These look great...but whoa! These are expensive.
