In case someone removes the purple paint from Bonecrusher's pants, please share the result.
If it's hard to strip, then I'll wait for the toy version (EX?), hoping the treads are all green.

Yeah, as much as Devastator is my favorite G1 combiner, I will admit that his cartoon model is... kinda crap.

Just look at those stilt legs, where even are his knees supposed to be

Yeah I always thought dx9 version looked bad which is why I never got it. This just shows how bad it is. Thanks for the comparison shots.

Also I would like to see a comparison with g1 devastator when all these finally get released.

As i figured the MS bots are simply way too large so NA wins this round imo.

I do hope we get a toy version with more painted details but I am quite pleased with the overall quality of the first two figures in hand. I do wish Scavenger had ankle tilt but the rest of the basic articulation seems to be present.

It's a shame the Magic Square ones have the wrong color palette for G1. I don't mind the size, but I wish the colors were G1 bright green and purple.

A toy version is probably way down the list i think, but who knows.
I am painting side treads green, just acrylic over the purple. I painted hulkies black treads and by comparison this be far easier. Just need to match the green in color mixing and do a neat job. I suspect stripping the factory applied paint will be a nightmare but if there is an easy way let me know. Otherwise.

I dunno, they did show offs toy inspired render early on. It’s somewhere in this thread. But who knows how long they’ll make us wait. The yellow release will likely come first.

For stripping paint, all you’d need to do is let the legs soak in rubbing alcohol for a while. After that you should be able to wipe it off pretty easily.

Mine are real snug on all joints. I think the TCP review noted theirs were as well. Seems like Newage may have addressed their past loose joints concern with these figures.

If I'm not mistaken, all the video reviews so far said the joints are fine.

It’s nice to see that this product is getting some positive feelings again. I understood people’s disappointment with the pack 4 but I also think it was overblown.

    Ok. I am quite pissed.
This guys comes in 4 parts - 4 boxs.
You have to buy the torso separately...

See when i read somewhere the phrase "comes with combiner parts" i assume that to mean the torso.
Obviously combiner parts must mean trumpets. So annoying. BS money grab by 3P...
