    It was shipped and then “delayed in transit” then was lost.

    Yeah, they’re sending me another, but not until August.

    That happened with my Omega Supreme earlier this year. How the hell they managed to lose that big of a package is beyond me.

    Happened to me with some other non-toy stuff and no, they didn’t send me another. Just a “sorry” which sucked because what I had bought was on discount.

    Pretty much what they do. Happened to me twice with SS Overload. Couldn’t reorder because it was out of stock. By the time I finally got it, it’s was Scavenger. I eventually caved and ordered through BBTS even though they were a bit pricier, but I knew they would at least get it right.

    "Might arrive, might not" - interesting. I got the "your package is unrecoverable" for SS86 Hot Rod months back, which I like to assume meant some overworked, underpaid warehouse worker accidentally ran it over with a forklift. :)

    Has happened to me 3 times on some non transformer stuff. I requested a refund and it came 1 week later. So I got it for free. But it wasn't shipped by Amazon. They were all either USPS or UPS.
