What have we been telling you for like three years about taking the word of retail employees at face value and not just checking for yourself?

Early morning find at Benton Walmart

 

That's great he's showing up at Wally now. Might try to get out tomorrow and see if I can find him. I have him PO'd at Target and Amazon as back up just in case.

No other new sightings but some random stuff.

First, after getting replacement part bags, I finally finished Mega Construx Grayskyll! Took me over a month and it was a satisfying build...except for all those shingles. If I never find Origins Castle Grayskull, I think I'll be just fine with this. But after building it, I realized I have no spot for it yet.  . Also trying to decide what to do with the box. I'm tempted to keep it but for lack of space, I might junk it.


Also thanks to Target and Hasbro this week, my faith in GI Joe Classified has been restored. Got Beachhead and Firefly incoming and Baroness and Viper PO'd. Target aside, this is a very well done line. Picked up Flint and Lady Jaye and they look good together.

Russellville Wal-Mart has one each of Netflix Sparkless Seeker and the Primal/Rattrap 2-pack. No Studio Series Slag. Also nothing else new in GI Joe, Marvel, Power Rangers, or MOTU (origins or Mega Construx).

Also finally opened my Kingdom Spoiler Pack set. I like Skelevore but the Megatron is not doing anything for me. Especially since I already have the previousNetflix version and while there are a few minor differences, I still have to say the previous Netflix release edges out the spoiler pack. Wish Hasbro would have used the ER Megatron mold for this release over another Siege repaint even if it might not be completely show accurate.

Castle looks amazing, i like how the teeth look moveable. How big is it compared to modern figs?
And yeah, those walls look like they sucked to assemble... U could always cut the front of the box apart from the sides and make it flat like a poster and frame it...

The Construx Castle I would say is about as tall as a carded MOTU Origins figure.

I plan on getting the Worlds Collide set too for all but that BB. Don't know if it was a mishap in shipping but Seibertron is reporting the first sighting was at a Wal-Mart not Target.
