I have the same issue with the ko head - has anyone had any succss with a fix, or anyone have any suggestions? (That doesn't include - put the old head back on)! Ha

Ok so decided to put a screw i had lying about in the obvious hole for a screw to go in silverbolts / superions neck toggle. It's not as deep as I would like it to sit but the toggle is starting to show signs of strain.

I just took some clear nail polish and coated the inside of the neck of the ko head. The added surface area helps grip the neck peg attached to superion. I may add a couple more coats just to make it nice and snug.

It's virtually the same as the PE kit (give of take tolerances).

 

It replaces the head with one that looks slightly different and has shorter antenna (no real difference IMO) but can also look up and down. It also has two faces you can choose between - one with a mouth and one with a faceplate. Also there's a flaw in the way the head is made where it just won't stay attached. You can coat it with nail polish and it'll be somewhat stable if he's looking to the side but if he's looking forward it'll just fall off. Works fine for display purposes though.
