The worst kinds of multipacks are the ones where you only want one or two of the figures in it and have no interest in the rest.

Nemesis Primal looks cool, I'm surprised to see a voyager in this set but I'm down.

Bee is strangeely enough the weirdest one. Why did we need a Bumblebee from the Cliffjumper tooling? I imagine Hasbro only got the VW license to use it that one singular time.

I actually called toy Blackarachnia being in this set, but I didn't post it anywhere on here to prove that claim. Oh well. I'm not super interested in the figure but she looks good.


The set is worth it for Fangry alone.

 

Finally the correct yellow and the logo on the chest for bee.

I think this pretty much confirms that we couldn’t get a vw mold with the logo placement there and it was likely a limited deal.

This and the origins bee will do for me, just add the gun from the drone pack and I think he’ll look pretty great. I love er cliff. I have the Netflix bee but god I hate the colour compared to the other 2.

For people wondering why Bee’s not a Beetle, I’m sure the royalties are high for VW, and Hasbro, a fairly profit-minded company, clearly decided for an 80% cash grab set it wasn’t worth it. I think that’s a fair compromise. TBH tho, I appreciate that they at least changed his bazooka color to green which we haven’t had yet, but I would’ve been even more stoked if they had maybe made his bazooka neon yellow & blue like his action master weapon. I think it would’ve fit in with all the other crazy colors pretty well too.

The Chaos on Velocitron set Nautica came in was a total banger that also included Laser (G2) Prime (far superior deco to the mainline vanilla Voyager OP colours - though at least that one came in handy for a Rod Bod), as well as Sixshot recoloured & re-faced as Quickswitch (yes, I have tweaked mine since but that buck is still one of the highlights of the TR line for me), even if the Rodimus Headmaster was a bit "?!", and Fastclash/lane was annoying until his twin became available (and Dr.Wu sorted their guns out).

Likewise for me the only dud in the Siege on Cybertron set TR Tidal Wave came in was the God Ginrai redeco with the rubbish remoulded elephant feet and awkward arms. I'd much rather have had the western PMOP bod in Diaclone Magnus colours as Delta Magnus, instead of the OP-identical "Magnus Prime" we got.
Metalhawk? YES, PLEASE! Thunderwing?! Alright, dammit, if only to bump his rep - Oh, HELLOOOOooo, Nitro Zeus body!

 

VW probably still mad about Bumblebee killing the group that founded the company in TLK…

Kind of wish Nemesis Primal had a different color fur, since regular Primal is already a predominantly black toy. Maybe white/silver? Kind of an Ultra Magnus version.

 

Maybe listen to more reputable sources. There’s about 5 people u should trust and if it’s not from then, it’s probably fake.

I’m surprised they went with 3 bad guys in the set. I wish they included a Alternate Bumper Head or something for Bumblebee. I really want the set but I already have Netflix Bee.

The info came for @wreckgar39 sources. To be fair they got all 4 character selections right, but 2 of the Decos wrong. So maybe they had an outdated product copy.

Fangry looks pretty great, the stats on his chest are a nice touch, wonder if they are stickers? I already have the Monsterbots, & the fact that it's in a box set is enough for me to say no to it. If this was a Selects maybe, but I have no interest in the others (Grape Ape is admittedly kind of cool looking).

They really need to retire that Cliffjumper mold, I'm so tired of that awkward bazooka ha ha.

 

I need this set's Blackarachnia's spider legs on my Kingdom Blackarachnia....

 

For once I'm actually OK with this Buzzworthy set, especially the Blackarachnia.
