    Nice try Tony, asking ur buddies to flush out your terrible customer service.

    Still waiting for my replacement parts or store credit; only been 2 yrs…..

    Personal recent experience.

    I ordered a very old Toyworld figure recently form Robo and there was a small missing part and another part that was broken. I asked Tony about this and he had in stock the broken part and said he would check with Toyworld on the missing part. About a week later he emailed me saying that since the figure was so old that Toyworld did not have stock on the missing part. I wasn't too worried about it as it was something that didn't bother me and wasn't too noticable. I was more concerned about the broken part which he had. He offered me a partial refund or an extra add on for my figure. I gladly and happily accepted the add on and he shipped it to me VERY quickly and inside was the replacement for the broken piece.

    He was very responsive and good to me. From this all I could possibly ascertain from reading other peoples posts is maybe they rubbed him the wrong way. If someone emailed me in the way some of these posts are worded I would ignore them as well, even if I did lose a customer or two.

    Just remember it's not the retailers fault for missing or broken parts. They are just trying their best to make everything right and at their own expense to boot. Toyworld isn't paying for the extra shipping to send me broken parts in most cases.

    I would deal with him again if I needed something he had in stock. The only thing that holds me back from buying form him is the cost of shipping. I guess that's why he has more hard to find stuff as well too though.

    I got GT's Primal and FP's gator Optimus from them recently. It took about a week after I placed my order to get an email on it, but it was to say it shipped and then it got to me pretty quickly.

    I was going to buy this as well, but with shipping, it’s over $30. So, I’ve been holding off to package it with something else.

    I wish Tony gave me and everyone store credit for: broken parts, bad customer service, price flipping and fake inventory.

    yea, that would be great…..

    My current order with RTB has been held hostage by ISC Chicago USPS for 2 weeks now. I'm starting to worry it's been lost.

    If it's in Customs then I wouldn't be worried and there's nothing USPS can do and maybe they are just backed up. If it's not in customs then give USPS a call or their online customer service and see if you can start a inquery into the package. I have found that sometimes kicks it along when it comes to the post office.

    It might be due to customs taking their sweet time but this is what my tracker says.

    2021-06-26 10:40 ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 10:40 am on June 26, 2021.

    I'll give it a few more days then i'll try to see what's going on. I've read too many complaints about that place being an abyss of missing or delayed packages to be comfortable with it taking this long.

    Customs had my order from ShowZ for months. This damn thing was ordered in February and arrived about a week ago. The good news is that with the exception of one order from SirToys back in January, everything has eventually been released.

    But that guy flaked on the shipping drastically, according to the post office manager I spoke to, and didn't have an account to have the difference automatically debited to push it through their international system. So, it was most likely sent back to him.

    Yeah, I was going to pick one up off f Ebay, but comparing the two, they ended up being cheaper by $2 USD

    Yeah, customs can be a pain. Back in the start of the pandemic, I had the TFC Road Ceasar set in U.S. Customs for about 6 months from Robottoybase. The pain of waiting, LOL! Even got a call eventually from the posmaster letting me know the package was there, but the center was closed due to no staff.

    I just got the Shadow Fisher kit for Ironhide from them in the mail today and then would've been a really good time to combine shipping because that thing ran me about $50.
