The shoulders sit lower on the misassembled one. You know you have the misassembled one if the top of the shoulders are not smooth (misassembled has exposed bits) when the square hole is in front. You can take it apart to fix, or people just rotate the shoulder so the circle hole with the exposed pin faces front. Here’s a video I found that shows what’s wrong and how to fix it if you got 6 minutes:

Nice deal for Freddy's I have not been in stores much since COVID-19 set in. I opened my kingdom Galvatron that arrived last week robot mode almost made me think of parting with my G1 version. I found some parts of the transformation a little tricky, but i think i got it done. who knows i may part with my G1 galvatron afterall.
