I have Blitzwing, Jet Shatter, Beetle and jeep Bee, both Dropkicks and Cliffjumper.
Cliffjumper is only the one that I'm not fond of, it's hard to think who is the best!
Probably Jeep Bee. I was impressed by it's transformation and articulation.
Now if only it has the battle mask instead of the regular face....

So is it confirmed if this rumored High Octane Bumblebee is a repack of the AoE one or is a new mold?

 

TLK Barry needs LITERALLY anything that's good quality. Be it official or 3rd party. As much as I love the TLK deluxe, having more of thr car integrate into robot mode would be freaking fantastic.

 

The person who leaked Jolt and ROTF Sideswipe has a new production run of AOE Bee, so probably that.

 

Id love to see that rerelease of high octane get “2-packed” with tlk barricade.

 

After seeing @PrimeVsPrime 's review for Jolt I'm really excited for the figure. He looks really fun and unique. I'm super excited for him! I would have liked ankle rockers and a bit less kibble on the thighs but overall I LOVE the detail and the design. The alt mode is really compact and nice looking too, and the posability is really good, contrary to early reports that didn't even know how to transform the figure.

I see Jolt as a quiet loner who doesn't really like to fight, but would rather disable or stun his opponents in self defense, or play more of a supporting role on the battlefield. Maybe he's even a scientist or something.

 

Yea you're completely right!! I honestly was never satisfied with the original head, but I personally feel like V2 just scales perfectly, whereas V3 is accurate, but looks big.

Unfortunately I had to cut the side panel as seen in the one picture and then to my surprise and disappointment also had to cut the hood to get it all to go back.

these mods pretty much kill car mode.

 

Honestly, I liked the lack of kibble... but that was it everything, with the exception of the accurate backpack (the front of the car correct placement on his back) everything on that bot was wrong.

The head was wrong, the arms, the hands, the legs, the feet and the torso were all bad!! Honestly aside from the backpack, it's like they didn't even try with him.

 

I told myself I wasn’t gonna get Grindor when he was first announced, than I came across one at my local Target a couple days ago… the plastic crack is real, lol. The paint apps and overall color scheme are a lot better in hand, and the articulated hands are a nice touch.



Not gonna lie, I love displaying him side-by-side with his moldmate Blackout… two absolute units!

 

After playing these Pave Low Copter molds, I have reached a verdict.

Blackout (with hand upgrade kits) is more suitable for displaying while Grindor is more fitting to be play with.

Grindor’s plastic is softer and more flexible (and maybe cheaper?) and the new hands can help make multiple dynamic poses (more than Blackout with upgrade kit.) Grindor’s hands hold 5mm weapons better than Blackout’s hands. The looser joints on Grindor make his transformation slightly easier in some parts. Grindor also have more deco in his helicopter mode than Blackout does. The only thing that needed to be careful is Grindor’s tail rotor, it is noticeably thinner than Blackout’s, thus makes it even more fragile than it already is.

 

I'd love if they did 07 Prime. I also hope they do Rotf Megs and Starscream

Just some appreciation for this figure. It's crazy how much a retool can work if done right.

As for Jolt, I'm actually really excited to get since this accurate model gives me some kind of swordsman/samurai vibes with the kibble placement and chest region which I love. Articulation looks pretty good too. The head definitely needs some getting used to but overall I'm really excited to get. My only complains would be the whips and the tabs being easy to stress
