Yeah, that inner bot looks cool/interesting for sure, even if the rest of the package makes little sense.
(Including, frankly, releasing this mold again at the same time Kingdom UM is out there and Netflix UM is rotting away on virtual store shelves at 1/2 price)

 

Granted, I know everyone said it but its accidental resemblance to a washed Nemesis Prime color schemes while still having some more blue and Autobot logos makes it look like Ultra Magnus started turning to a Nemesis version of himself but settle halfway for neutrality. What makes an Ultra Magnus turn neutral? Lust for Energon? Power? Or were he just born with a spark full of neutrality?

 

Not gonna lie, but I actually love the look on PF Siege UM for both robot modes! Very surprise how good the robot cab turn out to be with those colors. I can use him as either the dead UM or the Nemesis UM standby. If I do get him, this is going to be my 3rd Siege UM mold to go with the regular Siege and the OS BPF UM. Thanks goodness I pass on the Netflix version.

That gray inner robot for Magnus is definitely interesting. Kinda cool honestly, never really thought about how good dark gray and that shade of blue could work together.

Why would you do a 'Premium' repaint of Magnus, again, to try to make him look more like the show that did the character no justice whatsoever? Surely you'd try to distance yourself from that junk as far as possible.

Damn the gray inner bot for looking cool enough to get me to pull the trigger, but I also find the armor deco really disappointing (mostly because Magnus was completely wasted in the show).
