Trailbreaker and Hoist have been mentioned by quite a few retailers as releasing 1st qtr next year. (Feb/March).

 

So with them now having monthly releases.... what was that about them not having any factory space and nowhere near enough to fill demand?

 

I can imagine how difficult it is to protect your investment when everybody seems to be sharing designers, production teams, engineers, etc from the same, small pool.

 

Where I work we have rule of thumb that you don't ask for legal advice unless you know the answer. Basically, if you get an answer you don't like, you're stuck with it and have to defend yourself if you go against it.

Same for litigation. If the possibility exists that you might lose, then you don't go on it unless it's a major point of principle. Obviously if it's about case facts and differences of opinion then it's a bit different.

But if the risk of loss if high enough, and any loss would have major ramifications, it's not safe to litigate. I can see HasTak using that thought process

For his new pre-order listings, he has two options: new orders and those who ordered in 2020.

To be safe, if your seller puts up a new pre-order, you should ask him if your old pre-order carries over.

 

How many FT preorders went up in the past month for new molds - 9? And several reissues at the same time? I am curious why they are not spanned further apart?

Yeah, I notes that FT is trying to curb speculators, since the crack of last year (which I still think happened because of some Chinese-Taobao stores selling abroad for international prices, bypassing FT).

Not sure if people noted, but the reissues are not coming with the original parts for other products (so the Stomp reissue will probably not contain Sever belly cover parts).
