i think the mold is too thin for grimlock, I honestly would've gone with maybe Impactor for a more bulky look or Snapdragon because of the alt mode

I personally like the before, the after looks like a blob of grey

But the first is AWESOME

 

Well since then I’ve updated him again, so you can see the yellow parts more

 

Better, but I guess im more of a not battle damaged look person, personal preference

 

I like the new version a lot, but I’m wondering how some black on the thighs and helmet (with some of the light grey still on the front) would look. Favorite is probably the clean finish, but the updated weathered version also is looking good.
