I would have liked for his weapon to been black and a bit more like a sniper rifle, but this is decent as well. I know that everyone hates the wrist/front scoop design, but tbh, the G1 wasn't exactly a picture perfect model, nor was TR. Best iteration for forearm conversion was really Animated.

 

My hope is that they just up Soundwave to a Leader and do 4 cassettes with him.

 

That but for Blaster would be perfect, otherwise with Micromasters gone they’ll probably take up some core class slots.

Well at least in the USA deluxes are $22.99. Blurr is $29.99. Comics usually run about $4. That leaves $3 to cover the newly created deco layout that doesn't match the original releases paint mask.

 

£9 is currently $12.75.

paint masks can't be that expensive because redecos have never gotten a price hike in the past, excluding selects. so the $3 is probably just to round out the price.

 

Fair, just trying to rationalize it a bit.

 

Shattered Glass Blurr has arrived, courtesy of ID Toys. Packing is fantastic, complete with an inner card insert with a sort of abstract art image of Blurr in pinks and purples.

If so that's absolute ****! Part of the appeal (and overblown price) is the exclusive UV cover!

They said they got it from InDemand Toys, the Pulse copies of this figure are still 2 months out

The pulse ones are later probably because IDW doesn’t have the comic ready.

 

Hasbro Asia would be my bet, RobotKingdom is listing Blurr as in stock if I'm not mistaken, so Hasbro Asia would make the most sense. It's only the Pulse versions that get the comics

 

Which makes sense I suppose since most Transformers comics are only released in English, and Pulse is only in the US and UK.

 

I'm curious if the Pulse UK releases will have the comics or not. The UK listing for Blurr at least does mention it in the product title
