Just got the Pocket Toys Bruticus and I was pleasantly surprised in combined mode. I really do hope they would do the RID Ruination deco.

 

How does he scale against Combiner Wars?

 

So, is it hopeless to look for a wei jiang OS ratchet and Ironhide? The official releases are too short.

 

From the Thunderclash desc it looks like stuff that's been gathering dust in storage for decades. I'll be interested to see how that one looks as Thunderclash is the only one the seller mentions as having yellowing on the packaging.

 

Looks like all the main line KOs have dried up currently.

 

I'm in the same camp. Waiting for mine, bought it as soon as I posted it - when the thing arrives I'll try to do a video on it.

 

Yup. Looks like straight KOs are all thats out for those 2. I'll just wait for something to come up, I'm not in a rush to finish my collection.

Well, while he is by no means good, he is decent. The feet are floppy, but the rest of the joints (double-hinged elbows and limited ball joints in the shoulders) are good.
When it comes to weapons, we have the axe. I have seen this axe somewhere, but I don't remember. The axe handle is a weird-sized peg (huge for 3mm, a bit smaller than 5mm.

About the axe: with enough force and a thin lever you can split it, revealing....

So, this Galvatron is worth getting for this axe. Better not use him as a display piece if you don't want to paint.
And side-by-side with Karate Hero Returns Prime, whom he resembles in quality.

 

Good to hear the individuals are good. I've been eyeballing this set since I've suddenly developed an obsession with oddly colored combiners. I also really love that combined mode, even if it is because the combiner ports suck. I've always wanted a quadripedal combiner just to break things up.

Also curious as to why these bootleggers dont just make the transmetal kos 1:1 scale and do the rarer colours, I'd love to have a Apelinq and a Packrat.

 

Nope, it's Dinotron from the BM Dinobots subline, a repaint of Hardhead from BWNeo

 

Doesn't ship to the US which is immediately a red flag to me, but yes, they've got some cool stuff.

 

FYI, I have the original grey & blue release, so I can't actually speak to whether the quality is the same on the multi-colour set (I've been lead to believe it is). The Protectobot repaint set of the STAR Rescue team actually feels like it's better than the original run, though I'm not sure if the same holds true for the repaint of the STAR Dinos.

I dislike the way the tails are removed for transformation (and made into shields) but overall, I find them not bad.

Where can I buy the USKO CW Devastator besides sir toys?

are there 1:1 KO POTP Terrorcons? No changes or tweaks or anything besides the fact that hasbro doesn’t make them. I wanna use the dream wave kit & already have hun gurrr and Rippersnapper.

Is there a USKO of POTP Predaking coming anytime soon?
