My gigapower swoop today fallen off from the shelf and broke both his feet...ouch.....can anyone show me how to repair it?....i guess that calls for the use of strong industrial glue?

You can try your luck with them @SHI TO YEW but honestly expect nothing. My Gaudenter's gold dino head arrived with weird paint damage and I am still waiting on a replacement from May 2019. Yep over 2 years ago.

It's been so long I will probably wind up buying a new copy in the end just to satisfy my OCD.

 

I really hope the reissue comes with a new face.

 

Hmm. I recieved my red metallic Gaudenter yesterday, and he has a red paint smudge on his beak. Is this a thing with these, I wonder.

It's only small and doesn't bother me that much but it is a bit irritating when you spend over.£100 for a figure, although the quality otherwise is undeniable.

I did consider an alcohol rub, but I only want to take off the red. Not the gold underneath.

I've also been with the Slag Grassor tail replacement since 2019, they told me to send the replacement and they don't send anything, I recently wrote to them again and they don't answer, their spare parts service is 0.

 

Same here. Radio silence on replacement feet from Gaudenter's 1st release over 2 years ago. I've given up on getting any.

 

Not sure how it is now, but I had a paint issue on Graviter (from the first release preorder), so I emailed directly to GP.
They contacted me very quickly, and sent the the chest pieces I needed after around 3 months.

Please gigapower....If you do a red swoop reissue, please do his missiles and dino feet in red, and as an extra thank you for spending 1k plus on the set, please release the red viser face as shown in the prototype

 

I don't know why but I assumed that Graviter was last. I hope you're right because I only need him and Gaudenter.

 

Hey did you get some feet yet? I have some that I have zero need for and was going to toss them out, but I decided to hold off and see if anyone needs them. Let me know.

 

I found a red paint splodge on the beak on my recently delivered Red mettaliv Gaudenter (Swoop). I contacted customer after-sales service requesting a replacement part but they said I was best using alcohol to wipe it off.

Thing is, it's not like I didn't think of that before contacting them, but the beak itself under the splodge is painted. I don't want to mess up the the gold underneath. I honestly don't mind having a go if there's a way of removing the errant layer and leaving the other underneath. It's a bit cheeky of them in that it assumes one has alcohol already, as its further expenditure. I don't particularly want to buy metallic gold paint and repaint it after.

If he were a decepticon I'd might have left it. He came across a puny fleshling and felt like a snack. (There could be a whole storyline there about testing out a new bio-matter to energon adapter.) 

Anyone with experience removing paint on paint from figures here? Advice welcome.
