No, but he left positive feedback for supposedly 12 other Unicrons he sold to other buyers. He has nothing for sale right now and no feedback from these other 12 guys.

 

shit like this happens all the time for way less than this.

let's just say for arguments sake this guy sold 12 for cost which is 550 or whatever. that is over 6gs of cash.

so he has 6600 set aside with good intentions and all that sweet stuff. then brovid hits or he just has hard times and needs cash. he has a nice little chunk from that upfront money. it makes sense and how things could have easily have gone south.

or he up and dies who really knows. but the bottom line is. if he is here in the states you can totally be prosecuted.

 

I haven’t read all your posts related to this so apologies if it’s irrelevant but both Visa and MasterCard have special rules about chargebacks for pre-ordering items well in advance of anticipated fulfilment. I discovered this when an Australia retailer, Premium Collectables, went awol with a bunch of customers pre-order cash. Front line bank staff usually don’t know about these charge back reason codes so it’s worthwhile being persistent, assuming this applies to you. In my case, I got all my money back but I know others who paid cash via bank transfers weren’t so lucky.

Yes, I would be wary of ANY preorders outside of eBay's allowed 30-day window. There's not much I agree with when it comes to eBay policies, but this is a good one.

 

Filed a police report today. Gave officer all the emails regarding the case. Showed her the Hasbro Pulse page that states its availability being on 4\22, and how ebay and PayPals protection windows should start at that date. Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it.

This toyhax set is required. Go buy it. Didn't apply the Cybertronian text stickers yet, can't decide if they're too silly or not, but what it says is pretty metal.

 

what does the cybertronian text say? all I got was IAWAITSTHE- and somehow i dont think i got it right.
