I usually go with G1 cartoon Megatron's personality so he would find him amusing and let SG Optimus on his team while keeping an eye on him just like how he keeps Starscream around. He would definitely use Optimus for his schemes like pretending to be the good Optimus and fool people that he is the real one. Then boast about how he has an Optimus under his command while arguing with Starscream on how dangerous keeping essentially a psychopath that could actually beat them all around the base. Megatron would definitely love to see how SG Optimus interact with his worlds Optimus.
Could totally see megatron and shattered glass(nemesis) prime developing into evil friends in their twisted way (fiendship)? Basically a corrupt twisted evil bromance of sorts In a sense what if Orion had never fallen out with megatron what if instead they had gone on to found and establish the decepticon moment together as friend and brothers all the way What might have been as it were An amnesiac evil alternate reality optimus prime teaming up with megatron as damn near equals all the way Hot damn

Shattered glass optimus (Nemesis) prime just might be too much of a monster for even megateon to be able to control in the long run But hell the #### yeah it would funnier then hell and damn entertaining to see the story build up to that gradually with nemesis prime gradually proving himself slavishly loyal to megatron (especially if doing so causes a heated violent rivalry to develope between soundwave and nemesis prime Hot damn this story practically writes itself I would live too megatron get his punk as smoked butt good like that.ha
You ever find yourself having one of those days where you find yourself acting on a thought for a matter in your life that just seems so reasonable common sense wise at the time But only afterwards after seeing said matter royally. Blow up in your face do you realise just. How stupid and idiotic you were for the experience. And I mean like literally look at one hand. Then the othe hand then just bury your face in your palms fall down to your knees in disgust with yourself self loathing wise One moment you be knocking your head face first into the wall The next you got your hands up to the sky and looking skyward going all what the #### was I thinking? Yeah I could totally see megatron going through all that ego burn out wise having himself a cobra commander rant moment and it would be funnier then shit to see him hit an all time low ego trip wise It wouldnt be the first stupid time I laughed myself cross eyed
I could easily see Megatron finding SG Prime to be interesting at first and maybe something he can use in the war against the Autobots until SG Prime starts to show how nuts he is and that he isn't going to fall in behind Megs, he would want to rule. Thus, Megs would have to start working on a plan to wipe SG out. It would be very interesting to see them interact but it isn't going to be friendly for very long.
Megatron would certainly pretend to get along with him, use him until he becomes of no more use. SG OP would do the same to him too. Basically they'd be racing one another to out-use the other.
Theyd both be trying to outcon each other on the long con And if nemesis prime turns out to bs genuinely loyal to the decepticon cause(just to megatron himself) You know ahat im saying ? Sound wave gets jealouse overcaulcuates and misteps bed thing you knoa hes got ne esis prine thinking megstron betrayed him and a full blown decspticon civil war erupts
While Megatron would probably see a kindred spirit in him, at least until they both decide to backstab the other for their own personal gain, I kinda like the idea of SG Optimus being too brutal for even Megatron's standards. Where Megatron might show an ounce of compassion or mercy for his enemy (very rare, but it happens) or even his soldiers, SG Optimus isn't having any of it and just destroys anything and anyone that is in his way or inconveniences him. Where Megatron will allow blatantly treasonous warriors to remain in the Decepticon ranks for their effectiveness (at least until they succeed in their coup attempts), Prime literally rips their faces off as warning to others, even if it's his own brother.
