Sure are. Still plenty of reused parts. They’re implementing double jointed arms on figures and the swappable hands and heads (in some cases) but these are still the standard elite scale figure from series 1.

He’s going to be way too big for that. Check out the Valaverse Slaughter for a more in-scale one.

Despite the Ultimates Sgt. Slaughter being a bit big I wouldn't be surprised if people still got him to add to their GI JOE Classified collection.

A little smoke & mirrors and it could work. What's wrong with being tall anyway?

I'd do that before buying the other ones for way more money. If I get a chance to buy this figure, I'll do it whether for GI Joe or not.

Exactly! Minor scale differences only matter if you display your figures all statically standing straight up next to each other. I never display my figures like that and prefer to have height variances to make things look more real or just not so vanilla.

Sgt Slaughter always seemed like this massive imposing Joe as well. I could see him as 6'3"-6'5" easily.

Yep, it always works better when the bigger scale figures are of larger characters or characters you don't mind looking larger. That's how I worked in the Elite Series Star Wars figures in my main collection along with Black Series, SHF and other brands. Diamond Select figures in with Marvel Legends, etc...

    I'm good at that.:D

Speaking of scales...I just got this Focker figure and it's from the same company that makes the Hikaru, Minmay and Misa figures in the pic and all supposed to be the same scale.

Roy is a big boy and would do some damage on Claudia.:D

How big is the scale diff? Not that familiar with the size of the Ultimates but personally ok with Sarge being slightly bigger bec in my head he’s always been one of the bigger joes.

How hard are these sdcc wrestling figures to get generally? I assume like most sdcc exclusives I won't ever get a chance but man I need the sarge figure. He was always a favorite of mine having been in both wrestling and joe.

WWE Elite is supposed to be 7” and GI Joe is supposed to be 6”. Here is a good review to see the difference between WWE Elite and Hasbro size figures.
