Has anyone else suggested that JP93 might get retooled into the family wagon for a Harry and the Henderson's crossover set?

If IDW Publishing makes a comic book miniseries happen, then I would expect Tyrannocon Rex to have a moment of redemption and save the human protagonists from the raptors, just like at the end of Jurassic Park or something.

JP93 looks close to Skids. I feel like a new Skids will share engineering with him. I like the set but not the price.

    Right there with you.

And before people jump on the fact that skids is a compact car and this new mold is a large SUV.......YES I REALIZE THAT.

I'm talking strictly design concept/heavy retool/pre-tool, specifically the grill chest, pop up head placement, door wings and arm locations.

Np but yeah that's my basic thoughts on it, either way I'm just glad we have a baddy that stays a baddy for this line. Now I hope the rest of the universal monsters follow suit cuz I'm a bigger fan of the collabs that fit in the autobot decepticon war than the ones that don't. (x-pants and amazon prime) Although I did get X-pants i hope he gets some fiction down the line portraying him as a former deception that the x-men recruited like skywarp with gi-joe.

I had to check out for a while. For some reason this reveal in particular was pretty overwhelming (I'm not even a JP fan, I dunno, maybe it's because three or four seperate threads are moving at mach 10)

Okay, so, my thoughts after letting it settle. The only major complaint I have is the ball-jointed elbows on JP93. His heels are also a bit weird, but I love his hat and shotgun.

Tyrannocon Rex is kind of a dumb name. The head is cool as shit, and they call her out as a fembot, so she'll be BW Megaempress for me. The nice ass colors make up for not having a new less Megatron-y chest for me. Also she's a Decepticon apparently, not a Pred.

JP93 is a neat enough name. It either invokes B-127 being Bee's original name, or that JP93 is a lifeless robot working for the park. Personally I'll just call him Explorer for now. I think it's a decent enough name. Just like Ecto-tron he's gonna be a low-key complete dweeb who choose his alt mode after falling in love with Earth media.

They're only available on Amazon for now, but Hasbro Pulse's Instagram has stated they'll be available there on December 1st, so if you want to wait you can grab them there

JP93 looks voyager sized to me. Which would explain the price, but probably disqualify him as a Skids pre-tool.

Oh hell yeah.  My favorite movie and the explorer looks rather accurate compared to anything us JP fans ever got.  I\'ll buy this.

Tbh the only did was the Top Gun crossover... The arm gaps, mucky jet deco, and the price point we're no-go.

These two look awesome honestly. That 105 price point though...

Wager JP is a pretool for another figure... So far only Xpanse was mostly original, sharing a small set of parts and the alt mode from Studio Jetfire.

Dear Primus, this set is amazing! A must have, instant pre-ordered!

A so iconic movie scene but now with Transformers? How awesome is that!

    that's really cool

admittedly I was half-convinced they were going to do both but leaned more towards the vehicle only...

that T-Rex deco is out of this world
