Someone emailed BBTS costumer service about the Premium DNA Battletoads being placed on the site for preorder. Customer service sent a very friendly response saying they aren't listing them at this time but may in the future, closer to the products release date. Reading between the lines here but it seems they are taking a wait and see approach to see if Premium DNA delivers the Barnyard and Madballs toys before they put any more Premium DNA products on the site. This is of course after Premium DNA's social media was shouting from the rooftops that the Battletoads would be up on BBTS on May 15th.

 

well they officially ripped me off too. My credit card company wont protect me becaues its been over 90 days. I'm sure I'm not the only one, is there a lawsuit that we can get involved in?

 

The Madballs were sold out on BBTS for quite awhile but suddenly they're all available again for preorder. Could this possibly be due to customer cancellations? I cancelled my preorder for the full set back when I realized what was happening.

I ordered the Madballs from them, I honestly have been so far out of the Megalopolis loop that I didn't realize they weren't even online anymore.

I figured I'd email PremiumDNA and ask about Megalopolis orders. Surprisingly they replied that yes, PremiumDNA will be fulfilling the Megalopolis orders for the sets. Hope that's true since I put that in too long for credit card help.

 

Its funny I tried going there to the website recently didn't even know that they closed there website down but there is a Lawsuit on them right now I would go check it out, just google the Megalopolis Toy Lawsuit it's, its sad though like 2 years ago they were awesome hooked me up with all my transformers needs its just sad oh well

I still have some Megalopolis stickers and one of their foam Overlord guys. I occasionally come across them in my box of packing materials and shake my head. What a waste.

Bro, I was riding the tip of the spear to burn that company after they screwed me more times than I should have let them. I even went so far to email them, Calling out their bullshit, asking for the "warehouse manager's" phone number. I was given a phone number, called it, and it was a guy that had a serious attitude about that company never doing wrong to nobody.

So yeah, I missed out on a lot, anyone in this thread point me to the relevant news about them?

Ive been seeing another company that looked just like them, I assumed they just switched names and continued business as usual...

So...I did try and go back to read some..I have not seen such vitriolic internet behavior on this site in a looooong time.

 

I just happened to find out that Entertainment Earth is suing them for about half a million dollars you can google the lawsuit online, still though Covid or not screwing over your customers just not good, I mean I never had issues with them in the pass, the only thing I would email them about is when my stuff I order was being shipped because it would be over a week till they would ship things out and I never had that issue with BBTS or Chosen Prime honestly at of all the Online Sellers I prefer BBTS and Megalopolis for me was second till they couldn't fulfill any of there orders

 

Getting screwed over and jerked around will have that kind of effect on people's temperment.

I know you've got beef with EE but Megalopolis deserves to have their asses handed to them in this case. They screwed over plenty of people and they didn't pay what they were supposed to. That's not how you handle a business.
