would anyone consider an online petition to ask Hasbro to do a mass global recall for the wrong shoulder product? I will definitely sign it and then we tag it to instagram and put pressure on Hasbro!

How? If the box is sealed and re-sellable and the buyer is willing to pay return shipping (or whatever the method is), why shouldn't they be able to get a refund? What "real" online store has a "No refunds" policy?

 

They are being completely transparent and reasonable with this policy that is, as they say, only an aesthetic preference for a product for which they have no control over which random assembly they receive.

 

I will say this — Amazon makes the return super easy (I can literally just drop it off at a local Whole Foods a few blocks away). It was incredibly difficult not to open him, as he looked perfect otherwise. I probably would have kept him if I didn’t put in a back-up Pulse order at the same time.

That said, if I strike out twice and the Pulse order is misassembled as well, I’m living with the misassembed version. Don’t have it in me to go retail hunting like the old days

I completely forgot I had him preordered and was surprised to see him at my doorstep when I got home. This figure kicks ass. I was also able to do the shoulder fix with very minimal stress marks, so I couldn't be happier. So far, I think he's up there with SS86 Grimlock as the best figure of the first half of 2021.

 

Did the belt buckle and put a 5mm port on his forearm.

This happens if people just pushes in the shoulder to tab onto the chest piece. To avoid this, you need to lift the chest piece away from the body, and then slot in the shoulder piece onto the notch on the chest piece.

 

Has anybody gotten theirs from hasbro Pulse? Mine is showing September. Why is Hasbro's own store so late?

 

They're not late, Hasbro's store uses the actual estimated release dates, while other stores have been getting stuff early

 

They always are. No special treatment there, for sure.

 

So online copies have the low shoulders while in store copies are fixed?
