    Well. Damnit.

He may only stay in alt mode for the most part, but I gotta have it.

I thought about this for a while, I think it's not fair to expect BB to fit inside WJ, it's just another case of G1 scale silliness. Specifically the depiction of similar size bots fitting in each other's vehicle modes.

But the energon bars should be able to fit.

And now I think it can be done at Deluxe scale.

This I can buy. Still might require some panels or parts forming if you want him to look like WJ. However, a deluxe that fits scale, price, accuracy is not only doable but will be on my shelf. Bee is what kills it. I'd pay voyager price for it.
Though my dream is a Huffer that Trailbreaker can ride in, just because absurdity.

I'd absolutely buy a Cybertronian Wheeljack, but not specifically to go with this Bumblebee.

Wheeljack is just my absolute favorite character. And I really like his MTMTE cybertronian mode.

It would be great to recreate that scene, but this Bee and a potential Wheeljack are things I could own seperatly from each other. I'm personally not gonna feel like there's a hole if we don't get one when we got the other.

Jazz would be great too, but of the on screen Cybertron molds he's of the least priority for me.

Can't agree with that now, especially now this Bumblebee's coming out (IMO). It's one of those things that's forever going to be nagging me. :( .
This thing's brilliant for what it is. I'm hoping Hasbro take notes. Then again, they may already have a prototype somewhere.

I don't know why, but the kibble on this figure stands out a lot more than I've seen kibble stands out on any other figure. Plus, the feet look fairly hollow.

Still, I dig it. I like Cybertronian vehicle modes and he'll fit in with characters like Chromia and Siege Ironhide.

I’d love if you can remove the backpack kibble like er Cliffjumper.

Hopefully they rerelease earth bumblebee with the colour of yellow and with the logo on the chest please!

That’s really cool! It’s such an obvious idea too.

I'd like to say it didn't bother me so much on cliff jumper because of how well-shaped is rear portion is and looks a lot like a shield but the bumblebee version just looks like the back of the car it really stands out

Oh I love cliff I don’t really take the backpack off but the option to do so is awesome and yeah with this bee it would be perfect if you could

I think it's a bad pattern that will lead to poor engineering, "I can't figure this part out", so just have it come off entirely,". It's okay on Cliff but I don't want to see that pattern continue.

My being a bit disappointed in how Earth-y many of the Siege molds turned out has a lot to do with my fondness for the reinterpretations in the Generations/Thrilling 30 lines and how characters are reinterpreted in different media (like the designs for Arcee, Velocity, and the Seekers were in Transformers vs Terminator). If a mold is clearly evocative of the spirit of the character and it's a decently engineered toy, then I don't really care if the bot mode sticks to G1 accuracy or not. And I was raised on G1, so that's still my mental default.

But I recognize that my preferences aren't the same as everyone else's, and I'm fine with that.

I'm happy to finally get a genuine saucer Bee, and while I'd like to see Origins Wheeljack and Jazz too, I won't be crushed when they don't happen. I'll be happy to have my saucer Bee and Netflix bug Bee. But I also know that HasTak pays attention to at least some fan chatter/excitement, and good sales of Origins Bee might -- might, maybe, possibly -- ease the way for similar non-Earth interpretations down the road.

Wheeljack will be a retool of Rodimus Prime, 100%. Either that or a retool of bumblebee, so 95%?

I wonder if this has something to do with the Kingdom 4 pack as well.

Ants, huh? We had quite a severe ant problem at the vineyard this year. I had Art Garfunkel come by with his compressor, and we created a total vacuum outside the house, and we blew the ants out the front door. But I'm sure you high-tech NASA people could care less about our resort-town ways.

    Oh wow, I stand corrected.
Still, Hasbro can do a separate pre-Earth mode for Cosmos with artistic licensing.

    Beechy, is that you?

I sure miss transformers that actually turn into their alt modes, instead of just wearing them on their back. Vehicle mode looks great on this, but since it's not actually used at all in the "transformation," bot mode just looks boring and kibble-filled.

The chest is literally the front end of the vehicle mode
