As a collector of just about all things legends, this is one of the best legends I have at the $10 pricepoint. He is missing the articulation of higher end legends, but the look is on point and transformation is interesting but still simple. Can't wait to get the repaints.

This is a nice little starscream, but Rattrap is still my favourite core class figure.

    • Jet is good, but comes across a little stubby. I don't get why the arms have to spin to tab in, it doesn't make them any more or less visible. I wish that they actually tabbed in by his ankles instead, I think I prefer it that way.
    • Transformation is the highlight, as has been said. There's conehead potential here too, either with their head cones under the real nosecones, or classics styled short nosecones. I like how the null rays don't have to partsform.
    • The robot is decent. Could use more paint, but none of the notable absences are damning. Posability is basic and has some limitations courtesy of the sculpt (biceps and knees), but he meets the minimum standard.
So yeah, a nice enough effort, and if you're the kind of person to appreciate a clever transformation and/or a good fiddle figure, you'll get your money's worth.

So Optimus was neat. Interesting and glad to have him but honestly nothing super special.

Megatron upped that game with a solid design and a great deco. Hollowness did detract a little though.

Starscream upped this class once again. Great deco like Megatron but adds a neat and unique transformation plus doesn’t have the feel of hollowness that dings Megs that little bit.

I could ding this figure for a few wanted paint apps or the desire folding feet but those would be trees for forest nitpicks.

In short highly recommended if you’re at all interested in this size class.

Don’t like the head sculpt on this guy— he looks a little melancholy. But I wasn’t gonna say no to a pocket-sized Screamer to annoy my ER one. He’s fun for what he is, a $10 toy.

Did not intend to get this guy, until I saw him on the pegs with Optimus, Megatron, and Soundwave. Figured I should just complete the set.

Wow I did not expect this level of transformation. Colour me impressed!

Picked this guy up yesterday, along with Megatron, for €5 a piece. I'm enjoying both, but I'm glad I didn't pay the full retail price of €13. They're definitely not worth that

Transformation is really cool on this one, and the sculpted detail is lovely. He also looks really good with the pistol that came with Megatron. My only gripe is that because of how the forearms are sculpted, you've got to move them in a really specific way or they pop off the ball joint. That or I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what that might be

I hope we get Skywarp and Thundercracker next, either as single figures or in a box-set.

Painted in a few details. Not really a match, but still better than the unpainted. I also did the nosecone, since it was blue on the original toy.

Obviously they left off the MOST IMPORTANT weapon in Seeker history, so I made him his own in CAD.

Now Skywarp, Starscream and a potential future Thundercracker will be armed with Energon Death Forks!

I still really like this figure. Don’t need a set of seekers in this scale but I’m happy having this one.

Target had tags for something reading "Transformers Gen Standard Srs Cr" that was normally $8.49 and down to $7.21 and had Starscream in the Legacy Evolution packaging so I had Target match him to that shelf price (along with Thundercracker). Good little figure, more going on than I expected in robot mode and transformation, vehicle mode does the standard robo-brick under a plane thing but at least moves the bits around more than usual. It's all solid and satisfying, the only thing I would have preferred is ankle tilts as I'm not a fan of permanent A-pose feet in vehicle mode. Glad the null rays are here, on what seems to be nonstandard 2.5mm pegs but they fit in his arms and hands, I'll allow it. All in all, for the price I paid these are a big win.

This is the most swooshable figure I own. Perfect pew pew design. Shoulder keeps popping off and is a bit loose in robot mode, but still super fun. This might be the best Decepticon core figure, if nothing but such a fun transformation. Personally my favorite is Soundwave because he even came with a tiny Lazorbeak and is so character accurate, but his transformation boarders on boring

I agree. Fun figure to fiddle with. Would rebuy the mold in all color flavors just because they are so cheap.
