I'm sure it doesn't put your mind at ease, but ''running out the clock'' I think the PayPal clock is now 180 days - which we're likely past...

 

I'd check the ebay rules, could be a stipulation based on release date

 

Another weird thing is when I try to contact the seller and type in the item number it keeps telling me it's wrong, and I checked and rechecked the number before I entered it.

 

Report the item as not received asap

 

Seconded... file ebay case AND a PayPal case asap... call ebay personally after 30 minutes and speak with a rep claiming its a scam and you want to be refunded... you are on borrowed time if its been 6 months - God's speed.

 

Damn man sorry to hear, hopefully it gets all figured out. Not sure whats up with ebay anymore but lately I have dealt with nothing but grief on that site. Sellers not shipping, buyers not paying...maybe just bad luck I dunno.

 

Anyone who ordered the sticker set from toyhax put them on yet? I'd like some different pictures of the finished product. Maybe a closed maw pic. I've seen the ones on their website. Just wondering if anyone has tried it yet.

On a side note, I sure hope your ebay order gets sorted out buddy.

 

So upset. I opened a dispute with Paypal,but it was denied due to the 180 days, I talked with ebay customer service, but they can't do anything since 30 days have passed, so the I called my bank trying to do a chargeback on card and they couldn't help since its passed 60 days. I tried contacting the seller, but hasn't responded. Bank said to make a police report so that's what I'm planning to do next.

 

sucks to hear that man. but that is why i would never preorder a big ticket item from anyone but a reputable source. especially something that was super rare like this. that just seemed too risky.

how much did you pay for that unicron? was it all in full or just a deposit? if he is stateside the value of it is definitely a felony in most states.

you could also get them on wire fraud as well since you paid with a card or check.

 

same. Almost got ripped off on a wfc bumblebee and negative reviews regarding the seller popped up and was able to cancel the order in time.

 

I paid the full amount up front. I wish I would've just waited to see if online stores would sell it.

 

Mine arrived today. I'll probably apply them on Friday.

I think you might be able to take them to small claims court. Depending on what you paid.

 

725 positive and no negative. I found 1 response to feedback he left for another buyer. The buyer replied "Too bad you didn't send the item and relieved it to get more. Thanks for screwing me over." Don't understand why he didn't leave him negative feedback.

 

if the fleabay purchase was just like any other one. they should have sent you their contact info whenever you completed the sale.

just look at the city, state and go from there.
