Man, this sounds better than the plot of any of the bay films, I can't wait to see more!

 

Oof, not loving how this sounds closer in style to the Bay films rather than Bumblebee. I was hoping they would play it a bit safer and build off the smaller scope of the Bumblebee movie. And honestly, I would’ve liked to seen the more G1-esque spirit continued for another movie.

oh well, I give em props for finally tackling some Beast characters! Not confident they will pull them off at all but at least they’re going for it.

That said ...this better not be like AOE with all the hype around the Dinobots, and they literally got one scene in the last 20 minutes of the film.

Either way, it's nice to see something new on the horizon.

 

I REALLY want to see some of these designs.

Story-wise seems like there's putting a lot into this one, maybe too much. Please don't mess it up.

It sounds like a bunch of insane fantasy stuff, kinda like Star Wars? All this overlapping Transformers plot with humans and Earth in the mix? I can't wait to see how this is gonna work

 

Oh poor baby. G1 has continually gotten referenced, reissues, and everything else under the sun... but how dare something else get even a second of attention

Psst, (whispering)he's frozen in ice during this timeframe. And yes I know hypothetically this is a, eh sorted rebooted timeline, but this is Paramount with the same producers, they'll try to tie it in with the other films even if it doesn't make sense.

 

All I'm saying is, Hasbro should have had enough clout to be able to say "No Porsche." There's a thousand cool '90s sports cars they could use. As for refocusing onto Beasts, it occurs to me we'll probably get characters talking in alt mode, which is a very good thing. More opportunities for character development, and they won't feel so much like props.

Seriously? Listen, guys? Add characters you want into the movies, we’re fine with that. When you start throwing characters into teams that weren’t members to begin with and have no real reason to be a part of? That I take umbrage with pretty heavily. Nightbird was a one-off human construct the Deceptions reprogrammed, not one of Razorclaw’s party. And Scourge leading the freaking Terrorcons? Is Hun-Gurrr gonna have to eat someone?

 

I don't really know what this is for, aside from eroding all the good will from Bumblebee rehabilitating the franchise. Is this maybe the material they already spent money on for TF6?

I swear if this is part of the Michael Bay movies and we have to deal with no Megatron because he's Frozen or other b******* like that getting in the way of a fresh new Direction away from the Bay movies and towards what Knight started? This is doomed to fail.
