I returned mine the same day I got it, so... so far I'm out the price of figure and two lots of postage.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I think that what they'll do is just ship the "improved" version to retailers who will sell you that copy in place of the one you returned and then give everybody who kept an original one a $10 gift card code for being so understanding with them.

That's my standard right now and also my secret hope so that I get to hear "wElL aCkChEwUaLlY tHe WaY tHaT bUsiNeSs wErkS..." responses from overweight, sentient swivel chairs who have never had a job outside of their homes once we see just how much they fall short of all of the screen caps people have of them saying it'll be a full replacement.

 

I never got my money back I returned it to be repaired at tfs-express request, so I better not get a we will sell you a new figure message lol

 

I'm betting they send you a copy of Toro instead and then tell you that if you're unhappy, to contact Miss Zou. That's about my expectation here.

 

I PO'd from BBTS and they never got their initial shipment in, so I've yet to receive or pay for anything as of yet. Whenever they do receive their order, it should be of the corrected version, they charge me and send it out, no worries on returning anything or paying for shipping all over again. No muss, no fuss.

I guess one of the advantages of not being too concerned with BBTS's lateness in regard to getting product in.

 

Just to keep the running diary going: this is attempt #873828;7383849/93’ to get XTB on record as to what they’ll be expecting of current owners. Results are negligible.

When asking if they’d set a firm order number/cost or a list of expectations to get a defective copy fixed, I received:

1) Vague blow-off by XTB social media editor
2) Banal, repetitive simping from XTBootlicker fan.

Everybody says it’s the FansBoys who are the worst, but the Bootlickers have them beat by a mile. At least FT buyers are excited about a typically good product.

 

I'll believe it when I get an arrival notice.
