I bet the margins aren't really worth it at MP size compared to legends size. I mean some of these mini masterpieces cost what the smaller MP figures did/do. That said I think they are worth it as are much more useable and suffer less flaws.

 

I wish the trailer had ports or an underside compartment for the extra hands, gun, axe, etc. Storing them in a plastic bag loose in the trailer is kind of lame.

 

I would be very happy if I could peg Roller onto the repair drone like MP44's trailer and peg all other accessories in the trailer's inner walls as well. That would be worth the trailer alone

 

That's why Hybrid convoy has the best trailer

Weapons can plug in, roller can plug in and he has little cases to fit all the hands in the trailer.

 

I don't know but I really hope so. I will still get the legends scaled one but I think it would be great as it would make it even more successful for the brand. I would see them selling tons of it and probably be even more popular than MP-44, TE-01 or MS-01. Also that would make it even more accurate as they could probably work on smaller details on a larger scale. So I really hope so!

I really liked the fact that MP-44's trailer had that feature. I don't use accessories a lot but it's nice to know they are always available and that you don't have to find them in the box.

 

Sorry I did my best to read most of this thread! Does anyone know what finish this guy will be released in first? Will they still be doing a flat colour version first and then a metallic version later like their Megatron? The reason I'm asking is because I like this little guy so much I'm looking into buying their Megatron now to go with him. But I don't know which version to buy, flat or shiny. Or do we think they are planning a Megatron V2 as well? Because that will really screw up my plans.

I'm trying to stay away from 3rd party but the idea of a mini MP-44 as a deskbot is just too tempting. And this has opened a huge can of worms for me because now I'm looking at getting a bunch more Legends sized figures to go with this. That's how it starts! Then before I know it my whole desk will be full of tiny Transformers. It started with wanting just Prime and Megs on my desk, but now I'm looking at their Shockwave, Devastator, Menasor, Soundwave, etc. etc. I'm doomed.

 

IMO, Megatron doesn't need a 'version 2.0'... unless it's marvel colors?

Atm there's no real info on the color deco, I'm guessing MS will do a flat color first, as they usually do. But it will almost be certain, that MS will release a metallic version later on.
Megs 2.0 nothing on him, but it isn't unthinkable MS will release him as well in the future.

So unfortunately no real info atm. ShowZ has eta October this year for Prime v2, so the release would still be some months away.

I’m 99% sure Prime V2 will release in toon colours first so I’ll get Megs in toon colours.

When you do get one, don't forget to glue his eyes in his head. Otherwise, they'll fall out.

 

Beware once you start it’s hard to stop. Especially when you realize that the city bots can now be used as real bases at legends scale. I love my MPs but I find myself getting more excited about new legends sized figures and they keep improving them an it’s really impressive what they can do at this scale.

Megs eyes are loose so you can put them in the different faces he comes with. But they are really small and can be lost if you drop them
