Hah, these are pretty great. I wonder if Peter Grainger (16) had some secret knowledge of what was brewing in Japan. What year was this I wonder?

I've always gotten a chuckle out of the implication that Magnus "died" believing the rest of his team wouldn't survive the next 5 minutes without him! :lol

Tesla v2 is on Omegalock for MP folks.

£20 deposit, no fuss. Been checking their Facebook page too, but no news. Just stumbled on it. Might be up there now...

    £139.99 full price.

I've just finished boxing these back up again, but I think they were printed in 1985, so maybe he did...? And his version of Soundblaster is one of the better designs, almost... too good?

Also, just noticed something is odd with Turbo Thunder's crotch. Is that just an unfortunately placed gun holster?

Flipping heck not even 50 mins and it's out. Would not get either way it but still annoyed.

I guess I'm parting with my 4 FT Stunticons soon :D

I checked FB after I'd posted and it'd been on there for 45 mins, so it's lasted not much longer than an hour.

From what I've seen, either wait for TFS-Express China to see if/when they put them up, or check Bombusbee. I've heard nothing bad about them, only good, and they seem to be well versed in stocking the current FT stuff on repeat (they've sold out once and restocked POs). The Insecticons orders were blitzed and everyone got their orders

I tried a few and its a mixed bag. The machines are usually pretty good. The bulkarm is definately the most solid of what I tried. The steelrain needs a bit of extra work to get to stand properly. The Governors is a bit less impressive, sometimes fiddly and you have to be aware that some of them needs paint to look good. Everyone that has a face you have to paint it yourself.

I really wish these snap together model kits would include at least one picture of the unpainted models, or even just of the sprues, so you know what you're in for before you buy.

Now that you swapped the head, you have less than one Kingdom UM. Slow and steady wins the race.

That's interesting and useful to know. I had actually thought that due to the high price of the govs, and their size that they would at least have painted faces. No way I can paint to the standard they are show on listings.
It's mainly the mechs I am looking at, so will see...

If you want a pilot for the mechs I think the warmages are the best bet. Helms cover their faces so nothing to paint. And they are not bad for their size. Hands are a bit fiddly.

I just got MP Starscream recently. (Hasbro MP3 version.) The robot size was about what I expected for am MP, but I was surprised by how much he extends in jet mode! Even with the faults (difficulty standing, limited possibility, a bit of excessive kibble) I like him a lot. Amazing alt mode.

Also that Sunstreaker was a recent purchase. Very nice figure.

I had planned on limiting my purchases of MP figures and sticking with WFC and SS86... then a I saw good deals* at a Japanese store and ended up purchasing a few recently....

*Although it worked out more than expected with delivery and processing fee. Still worth a look, if you don’t mind buying second hand.

Is that the MP Greenscream? :)
Such a lovely piece, though mine is boxed up in storage awaiting sale! ;)

Gained a shoebox full of what appears to be LEGO Technic parts? Chime in LEGO fans, what do I have here?

Yup, Technic, I'm guessing 2 or 3 sets at least because of the parts diversity. The orange parts definitely aren't common.
