Btw, to you lucky ducks down south who got Rhinox early, whats his beast mode articulation like?

 

It’s super easy to tell. In all the boxes for both versions so far the notches in the shoulders are positioned to the front (the rectangular ones, not the circular ones for the metal peg). If the top of the shoulder is smooth (along the joint it rotates up) it’s the corrected version. If it’s not smooth (and has some squarish greebling) it’s the incorrect assembly. And you can tell by looking through the window box.

I’ve been rather impartial on the Great Rhinox Divide, but having him in hand makes me glad I got him. I for one like the head sculpt, regardless of accuracy. The articulation for a figure shaped in this way is really something special, those shoulders specifically are SO expressive. Lastly, I very much enjoy the ability to tuck the beast mode lower jaw away for robot mode (though tbh it wouldn’t have bothered me if it didn’t). In all, worth it; but that’s just my 2¢!

 

Gotta go Commander for the full effect, that fella was utterly massive compared to the Maximals.

Agreed. Picked him up today, even though I was leaning towards not wanting him. But he's actually pretty fun to mess with and his transformation isn't nearly as painful as some have said. Everything compacts into his rhino mode really satisfyingly too. I still prefer T30 Rhinox, but the new one is surprisingly rad. He looks more like an orc from warcraft which is cool since there's so many bones to armor him up with.

My stance, T30 is the best for display, Kingdom is more fun to actually mess with/have as a deskbot.

 

work desk is messy but damn, bring on the seeker repaints and 84 autobots please.

 

Voyager Tigatron will complete the S1 cast, can you remember the last time we were able to complete an entire season of characters in 1 sublime, in 1 year? Granted BW had smaller cast number etc

How to improve galvatron in 5 easy steps: 1 remove all of the crud, 2 add the missing red in the buckle, 3 add the goatee paint, 4 add the missing red on the "crown" and 5 rotate the shoulders. huzzah!

 

I don't have him in hands... but all of these Rhinox pictures are starting to make him my favourite Kingdom figure. These pics are all so awesome. Seems WAY more fun to play with and take pictures of than the T30. More expressive in his posing.
