Which UK sellers do you use?

    Are there alternatives for TFS-Express/OmegaLock?

They're the only one that I know of since Kapow deserted us. You're not aware of any others then, I take it?

Idk but IMO anyone who buys a whole set of the FT Dibots rn is kinda silly. Giga is being reissued at $100/bot less. They're newer designs and they're bigger.

Obviously buying one or two to finish a set makes perfect sense.

I guess FT is more toon accurate, and that really gets some people going...

Don't wait on showz. Love those guys but they aren't able to get preorders for reissues anymore so they pay aftermarket prices and have to pass it on

Christ almighty, I bought a full FT dino set 3 years ago for €650 (the guy really needed the money I guess). This is insanity...

The FOMO around FansToys is crazy. I have set of FT dinos and I’m trying to not get caught up in this and buy another Stomp or Soar. Soar is my absolute favourite and his alt mode is gorgeous. (I’m talking myself into it!)

it was the same when Koot and Apache were up for reissue. I had to really stop myself for jumping on! 1 of each is enough, but because it’s FT it feels like the prices for selling later will still be high. Mental.

so it is true , i wonder if they will take more care not to mark the chrome on the reissues ! i think all my dino's suffer from the hairlines that you can see if you look up close and there's only a couple i transformed more than once and even then i handled them with care

I had all the Dibots except for Stomp since he was impossible to find. I ended up going with Gigapower for my Sludge and I really like the figure so I don't feel the need to try for this reissue. It's cool though that new collectors will have the chance to pick it up at least cheaper than what the secondhand market is going for. Still crazy that I was able to get the other Dibots for $100 - $150 a year or two ago.

the aftermarket price won't take long to hit silly prices again with the amount ft are producing of the reissues

But I do think that the values will likely permanently drop (or not hit their peak again) due to people realizing just how insane it was to think that an active company known for doing reissues wouldn't eventually get around to doing their most popular figures again.

To think that when Snarl got reissued it was available for as low as $170 and I felt bad because I paid $200...

    This.

One thing I'm finding puzzling. Why aren't FT making more? I mean it must be worth their while whilst the moulds are in use and they're selling out in minutes....even at inflated prices. Right?

Do they not like making money?

Glad to see Stomp and Soar in particular getting reissues, even if they’re overpriced and hard to get, as I need a replacement right hand for my Soar. Last time I transformed him to robot mode his forefinger just fell right off. The joint had crumbled to dust for no reason. Makes me afraid for the future of all FansToys figures…
