Hi Guys. It has been a while since I post any custom project so here we go.

When I got Earthrise Megatron, I was disappointed that he was a couple Centimeters shorter than ER OP. So I gave it the height it needed and gave add few upgrades.

I bought a OS Siege Megs and borrowed his legs and gun. I swap it with ER Megs but kept his feet. I took off the entire backpack. I adjusted his neck as same level as his shoulders. Drilled a 5mm on his back so it will fit his cannon and I gave the OS Megs cannon to ER Megs.

Although, he no longer transform and has a lot of hallow on his back, still I am happy with it. I always like that Megs was bigger than OP.

 

Idk why but I love the proportions of this, sad he can't transform anymore...

I love it, this is the perfect scale with Optimus. How much modding did you have to do to make the larger legs fit?

 

The proportions you have done here look so right. He looks strong and well stacked.

Thank you. I pretty much just swap their legs and feet. The thigh though was a little loose so I just drilled small holes and put couple of screws to secure it.

 

Thank you Sir. I was afraid that the legs were too big for ER Megs but it was just right. Same with the cannon. Here some pics with other Decepticons.

 

This looks fantastic. I may have to do it myself. I am curious why all the pics are at an angle. Does he look a little odd from a head on view?

 

Nice! But why use the siege fusion cannon instead of ER? Imo the ER version is better cuz it doesn’t have the cut out but still looks great!

Thank you. Well I was aiming for a bigger cannon that is why I used the OS Mega cannon. But yeah it can be interchange with the ER cannon. Here are a couple of pics how it looks like.

How tall does he stand now? 7.5-8 inches?
I noticed you just replaced the legs, would it be possible to replace the whole lower half including the waist?
Also if you didn’t remove the backpack would it still transform?
