If you don’t plan to transform it, you should be fine. But on principle alone, I’m annoyed that I purchased from TW.

 

Someone please, even just OS'ing THIS would be enough for me.



I will die happy with an MP Devy that looks like this.

Maybe at least a little bit taller than Constructor just to troll TW?  

 

This thing is bringing so many MP people into legends cause we're all so thirsty for some characters like this.

 

It is insane what is being designed in legends scale lately! With oversizing and maybe polishing up on some of the joints, they would fit in the MP line making people so happy!

 

Meanwhile there's New Age showing that extremely skinny to-a-fault toon Devy isn't the best of ideas.



Honestly MS Devastator shows me I can like from Cartoon accuracy while New Age Devastator is why I really don't.

 

I mean that's the thing, if I'm gonna spend $500-$600 on a set, especially a set that has been in production for 1000 years with 300 different variants, I expect every flaw to be ironed out by now. I don't want to buy a large Devastator action figure, you know? Even if I never actually have the time to transform the guy, for $500? I expect it to not be cracked for goodness sake. I feel like that's an incredibly low bar!

Count me as one! Though not entirely, mainly the most main members of each group but with some variation.

Autobots: Prime, Bee, Cliff, Ironhide, Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Jazz, Prowl and Perceptor

Decepticons: Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Shockwave, Devastator, Blitzwing, Sixshot and Galvatron (though Galvatron is mainly gonna be a little random accent piece for the MPs as Unicorn  )

Thanks to their small stature, I think with them, i'm gonna have some sort of space in front of my PC, once it's all finished, where they're battling between my keyboard & mouse and monitors.

All that aside, it honestly is a little exciting kinda grabbing something a bit different. Who knows? I might branch out from there! That Magic Square Stunticon set is looking interesting...

 

Yup, that's almost the same list as me, but I'm gonna grab all the MS combiners so if I never get them in MP form I'll at least have a nice little combiner squad (since they seem to be pumping them out so quick)

 

I posted yesterday that TFSource had raised the price of the Perfect Edition to $519.99. Now it's $549.99.  

 

They must have an ass backwards mentality that the more they are prone to breaking, they should be charging more for them!

 

It makes sense; if they drive the price so high that only 1 person ever buys it, then they'll only ever have to deal with 1 person's part-replacement requests! So much less work!

 

Haven't been able to get any replacement parts yet for my break in December or a recent break in Hook's (I forget his 3P name) right leg. But ShowZ told me that TW is apparently planning another reissue.

 

Apologies if this is widely known, but does anyone have any good tips for loosening the ankle tilt on Scrapper? It is hella tight and caused the screws holding the robot waist together to break through the plastic when I tried to adjust the combined robot pose.

 

What glue do you guys recommend for the type of plastic constructor has?

 

Plastic weld IMHO. Home depot or lowes will hook you up.
