Yes, but I doubt any of us will be surprised if that is the case. It will probably be more stock for Major Bludd and Snake Eyes. I'll be prepared for something good, but being disappointed by Hasbro with Joes never ceases.
Like I said earlier, the logical conclusion is Breaker/Ram and/or Barbecue because those 2 were announced as having preorders go live during June. Outside of an announcement for retro Stalker and Infantry or CI wave 1 going on pulse, those 2 are the only ones that really make sense.
The last time Vipers and Firefly were available, they lasted literally 3 seconds. Breaker, if he's one of the drops won't last long, and everything else is a target exclusive, so if they have partner exclusives available, they'll be gone in a flash. And back in stock items like the Commanders will be gone before you can blink.
Viper and Firefly weren't announced restocks, it was literally just a lost pallet put up for sale. Bludd lasted at least 20 minutes, he's a Target exclusive just like Breaker and Barbecue.
