If the OP could please remove tj_dynng-8 from the good seller list.
I wouldn't want any other collectors to be scammed by this POS
    Thanks

    New scammer on eBay: dongxia126
Just ripped a little over 100 people including myself. Prices were only slightly better than competition from eBay. Seller had decent track record. Negative reviews just started pouring in.

    Ebay:
He has the gray-chested Bombshell for $175, which screams that he's a scammer to me.

I just want to let you guys know, I had bought 4 items from Quduomoss and even though the tracking says it's in my state stuck in a DC for over a month, I filed a claim with ebay on Monday, they gave Quduomoss until today to answer to resolve this matter and today I got an email that I was being refunded by ebay in full for my purchase.

It's not about what the item is. When an eBay seller with good standing gets out of the business, they sell their account to scammers. Then the scammers relists all items, even adds a few, and pulls in as much money as they can before getting shut down.

You see the same thing here in the states with databases of customer info. Telemarketing companies buy up contact lists from other companies, burn through them, then sell it on to the next guy.

This seller is not likely the original owner at this point. My Brawn is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, let's see what he sent me. Bummed, because this was a good seller too.

So dajing-hunte has replied again to my dispute over the item being delivered the wrong side of the country. This is what he said:

Hello, the goods are being delivered, there is no problem. I will contact China Post to check the specific delivery of the goods. Please check later. Notice that check. Thank you very much.

Basically the same as what he said first time - that he'd check the post. I will ask to see the tracking that he is using because it's pretty obvious one has been delivered and one is bumping around the uk somewhere for the past week.

Escalated my claim against tj_dynng-8 for ebay to step in as he now has 16 negative feedback added in the last few days and has clearly upped and gone from ebay.

Ebay ended my claim on tj_dynng-8 saying it isn't covered by their money back guarantee. Absolutely fuming

I requested why and this is the piss poor response I got:

After reviewing this case, we decided to keep the original outcome. We weren't able to grant your appeal because we determined the original decision was correct.

You won't receive a refund for this case.

I've got a paypal dispute open currently so really hope they can do something :-/

I cannot recall if this order was the one where the seller delivered to an address of their choice rather than what was detailed via PayPal. Or did this seller send you just crap or nothing at all?

Not sure if you looked at this but just in case:

    eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

With regards to the case (Dajing-hunte) where the seller sent to London and not Wales. A refund should be given in full. You will need to evidence and demonstrate that the address the order was delivered to doesn’t correspond with that in the PayPal system. The seller’s scam is trying to circumvent this as they provided a tracking reference and the order was delivered.

With regards to the case that eBay are finding in favour of the seller. I would further dispute this with eBay that they are endorsing a scammer. How can you not be refunded when you haven’t received your order (or received crap). The 16 buyers that have left negative feedback and have all been stitched up in the same way should be clear to EBay.

For the order that went to London, progress the PayPal claim by saying the seller hasn’t used the address in PayPal. You can confirm a partial address that it went to somewhere in London. They may get in touch with the seller to provide evidence of the delivery address which we know isn’t your home address in Wales or they may go with negative feedback racking up and the partial delivery address not corresponding and refund you straight away.

Ah sorry - it was the one that sent a ko mp 11 manual instead of ft blurr. I don't understand how ebay can say that isn't covered though. I've sent screenshots of the item/package and negative feedback on ebay to the seller through paypal and just escalated it as we know he won't reply.

dajing-hunte is the one who sent to an address in London, I can't provide a partial address other than the tracking showing it was delivered there, but that ought to be enough. I will add this to the paypal dispute as I imagine ebay will be useless again over it. He is yet to get any negatives, but my guess is a week and they will start to appear.

They got me and a few others here on their FT Astrotrain.

@Captain Sideways, the seller didn't respond so ebay automatically refunded me.

Yeesh, seems like I got off easy with my scammer. eBay found in my favor and returned the money before the item even arrived.

I’m getting old and mixing up your orders. My mistake.

I find that amazing that eBay is taking the sellers side despite what you have presented as a clear scam to send some shite instead of your high value item. You should be able to get them to reverse that howler of a decision. Keep on at eBay and push the line they are supporting a scammer commiting crime and get them to properly revisit the claim. Have you tried phoning eBay UK and talking with an actual person? I’ve done that in the past. Progress the claim via PayPal and I’m confident the evidence you provide to them like you did with eBay they will find in your favour.

The other case you should get a refund but ebays decision on FT Blurr doesn’t inspire confidence.

Should you have any future orders go pear shaped, use PayPal’s resolution system first. I’m sure I’ve read somewhere that you can go through both PayPal and ebay simultaneously but I’d start the ball rolling with PayPal.

Thanks for being sympathetic on the matter bud. When those negative feedbacks from this week are piling in I can't see how they can say it isn't covered by their money back guarantee. Bunch of overpaid wasters in customer service.
I just went on the ebay resolution centre bit for the blurr claim and as they've concluded the original decision was correct, I can't contact them again over it. Paypal has all the relevant screenshots as I put them up earlier before I asked them to get involved. They say a response should be done by July 2nd.. but I guess it'll be before that. It took ebay all of about 10mins to decide when I tried that earlier.

I'm confident I can at least get my money back on the sheridan from dajing-hunte as that one went through my credit card and natwest are uber careful when it comes to possibly suspect activity, you'd think their claims team should be a good bet as long as I can provide evidence. Astrotrain is where I've shown the item has been delivered to a wrong address but I might have got the tracking mixed up between the two items.

I don't know why they didn't refund you. The picture I sent them was just of the figurine and didn't even have the packing envelope. Did the seller have negative feedback at the time? My seller did when I filled my claim. Maybe they're hesitant to start labeling sellers as scamers?

When I opened the claim on ebay I didn't have an option for pictures, I think it only was available in the return/refund option. The negative feedback started to come in during the claim being open but over the last day or so has gone up significantly. I'm more pissed off at the complete lack of an answer why it was refused and the fact when I queried it they took about 2minutes to state original decision stands. I've got my paypal claim with the pictures on it though so I'm relaly hoping they will come through on this one.
But they just needed to check the seller account to see it's obviously they have been scamming people. Useless customer service really

I bought something from this person a few weeks ago, their feedback was good, and then suddenly started tanking the past few weeks?

I don’t get it, did they sell the profile to another person or something?

Just seen a negative feedback for this tosser was someone saying their FT Brawn was a Rumble instruction sheet. Hope ebay is better with you over a claim than they were with me when yours gets here
