Cool. So I just send a picture of the Dugtrio in the Return item section and I should be good. Mine sounds the same as yours where ebay doesn't show it as delivered, but my tracking on the shipping sites do. Thank you. 

 

It says delivered on the tracking this morning (just not ebay's version). So I'm very doubtful it's still to come, but who knows. I'm also not convinced as this guy has spelled my name completely wrong in the paypal and royal mail emails i've had that provided tracking

 

Can you let me know what happens and if they accept this, as this has happened with one of mine today and ebay is still saying it's in transit on their tracking :-/

My estimated delivery date from Ebay is July 12th, today I spoke to someone from USPS on twitter believe it or not, I gave this person my tracking number and said my package weighed less than 1 lb which is outrageous since I purchased 4 Taraka Tomy MP's, he asked me for the delivery address and the name on the shipping label and then told me that the address and name on the label did not coincide, so I went to Ebay and an agent named Michelle opened a case for me, not Quduomoss has until the 17th to answer, if not I will finally get my refund. I am also debating on purchasing from m17133_88, I have purchased from him before without any issues whatsoever, but in the current rise in good sellers turning rogue I am hesitant, anyone has purchased anything from him in the past two months???

As I live near the welsh border this is ridiculous. The other one hasn't updated since the 9th and simply says: Heathrow Worldwide DC, United Kingdom, Item has left our International Processing Centre

Problem is I suppose, as long as one is still floating around the postal network ebay won't do anything. Even though one tracking shows as delivered, ebay still says it's on its way so I can't do a whole lot until that updates. But definitely this guy isn't legit 100%

 

Update on this. Put in the request and it says to contact ebay if I don't get a response by the 18th. The tracking on ebay's end has also updated to delivered.

 

Cool, I've just done this ut with screenshots of the tracking showing one item delivered to the wrong place and the second one having my name completely wrong on it. Ebay says seller doesn't accept returns but it's covered by their money back policy if there is something amiss. I hope they treat it seriously as lots of people have paid for items from this tosser.

I would get in touch with the PO (Royal Mail) or whoever the carrier that delivered to that Sunbury on Thames address.

They should be able to confirm parcel/package size/weight. Get that info to see how it corresponds with what you ordered. See if they can email you a screenshot of the delivered item. If it’s a jiffy envelope bag that can hold a Lego figure and you ordered Dx9 Gabriel you can demonstrate to eBay you’ve been screwed over.

It’s clear you can show to the numbnuts at EBay that your delivery address doesn’t correspond with that Sunbury on Thames address the seller has sent some shit to. Only 200+ miles away.

I wouldn’t wait longer. Have you emailed the seller? Go through the motions of that so you can also say to eBay you are being ignored by the seller. If the seller responds let us know what BS they can come up with.

You have been scammed by a rogue seller. If the seller is also connected to your other item in transit, I would already refer to that in the first complaint resolution. Connect the two.

Ah didn't think to try RM. But then again, if the address isn't mine, would they believe I am the actual buyer unless they accept an ebay screenshot. The item has not disappeared from my purchases as i opened the return case which is annoying.

The seller was dajing-hunte . I opened a return claim on both items even though one is still in the postal network as he had spelled my name totally wrongly so from comments on here, he's probably loaded the address full of junk letters as well. Both claims ebay has sent the usual default comment that if nothing has happened by 19th, I can get them involved.

 

File a claim with ebay, I used the chat and told them about how long I've been waiting and all the scam feedback he's got and they opened the claim for me, now I have to wait until the 18th to get my money back

 

I think we are about to start seeing the negative feedback roll out for m17133_88, he has 0 items in his store...

Can't buy from anyone anymore... if it's not a scam seller, it's USPS delaying packages for over 3 months... this sucks
