Legs tab on just like MS. Arms have shoulder and forearm addons and the cars connect via an armature.

Hey, I just realized that Menasor’s gun is Bloosh compatible!  

 

My set came without Menasor's gun.... anybody else missing the gun?

 

so was quite happy to receive my final pair of stunticons today to finish off menasor. pulled them out of the box and inspected both bots and was pleased to see everything looked to be in good order and no issues with either figure except for the really floppy ankle rock on the feet of deadend. i think they should have been either pinned or installed with a screw at the back of the feet where it pivots instead of just have a hole fit over the raised plastic in that area. i might look into adding some small screws to see if i will help secure and tighten the feet ankle rock.



transformed dragstrip and everything came together with only a little trimming required for the engine tabs. one of the rear tires looked off at an angle but didn't see any issues of the pin being pushed too far in and out the other side. seemed like it wasn't pressed in enough and sort of on an angle. popped the wheel into a vice and gently tried to push it in a little more and straighten it out. isn't perfect, but got it to were it was acceptable.

things soured fairly quickly after when i tried to transform deadend. damn this is the worst figure i've ever had with respect to tolerances. i couldn't get the front end of the car to go over and clear the front windshield properly and ended up scraping significant paint off the bottom front, as there was poor trimming of the sprue and left rough.   frustration increased exponentially as i tried to get the roof to tab into the front windshield. the tabs are way too big and/or slots are way too narrow. i had to spend quite a bit of time trimming and filing to carefully get them to fit without removing too much. i got everything to fit but think i still have it fairly too tight so i might go back in to work on it some more, but i fear taking too much off.

after getting to this point, i calmed myself down and mixed up some paint to try and touch up the windshield damage as best i could. i did a fairly decent job and at a quick glance, can't notice it too much. but if you do a good inspection you can tell the finish is off. photo attached is post touch up. lastly… i believe like someone else mentioned, i ended up getting two of the same side spoiler.  

once all this ordeal was done, i finally assembled menasor to all it's glory. i have mixed feelings about this set. on one hand i love motormaster and menasor trailer. MS did fabulous with that from paint & finish, to sculpt & engineering. however the limbots leave me wanting and to me pale in comparison. i'm letting the dust settle and trying to overlook the limbots irritations and at the end of the day, overall as a whole this set impresses me more than annoys me.

now on to devy.  

 

got my limb bots today from tfsafari, packaging was immaculate! motormaster is in a separate shipment, interestingly enough, despite ordering them at the same time.

for those with engine slot issues in dragstrip, i was going to take an exacto knife to it like some have mentioned, but i found a better way while breaking in the joints for all the figures - you can spread his legs out slightly, flip the front engine piece into place, then squeeze the outer engine parts inwards as you close up the legs, the slots will fit into the pegs a lot easier and stretch out as needed. pushing the front engine piece onto/into the slots will not work, but pushing in from the sides will.

oh, and both my sets have the add-on parts, phew!

When I get a Motormaster, I'll have to consider this sword.

It looks great, and I like the thinner blade.

i don’t understand how the extra parts relate to your bolded text where i mention they sent my 3 boxes in 2 separate shipping packages even though they were all placed in the same order.

on another note… i received motormaster today and got them all combined. cool little guy, but the combined knees are so loose! i tried tightening up the screw but didn’t seem to help, so i’ll have to apply some future later on. idw face looks a little dull, but serviceable. i wish they would’ve added alternate faces that’s more expressive. i know another member here makes them, but having stock faces included would’ve been nice.

also, the leg connectors for the car could’ve been more secure. i worry that they’ll loosen up over time.

Edit: I mean they didn't take his photo, but someone over there thought the same thing. I just find it hilarious, not accusing them of stealing an idea.

 

I'm considering buying Collide and other one as first 2 , I want these Stunticons especially for vehicle and Menasor modes,and cars of this package ,when wait for other ones to complete team, will be very good on shelf together my G1 Motormaster in truck mode   .
