Did they put mine on the slow boat? I paid $25 for shipping on my wave one preorder and ugh.  

 

Interesting, according to the SF tracking website (paid for cheap shipping) mine left the “hangzhou xiaoshan distribution center 2” Thursday, with no updates since. Don’t know if on a boat or plane, there is an intl. airport there but I guess we’ll see. Mine was the last Sunday order.

 

I paid for the express shipping and I’m absolutely disappointed in the shipping speeds. Especially after seeing some folks who paid for the cheaper option get theirs last week.

Mine says it left Chicago and then arrived BACK in Chicago. No idea what is going on and at this point I’m expecting a heat damage one or something to be wrong with it..

 

I went with cheap shipping and mine shows as in NY as of today. Looking forward to it.

Mine went from China to Chicago in five days on a plane. Best guess is they were waiting till they had a full plane before taking off. Got to O'Hare and then went to the customs facility were it just fell into nothingness. NY customs is usually a few hours and it is gone to be delivered.

 

Will hopefully get my copy next week, she arrived at JFK yesterday.

 

Try to keep your head up! PSX has good CS AFAIK and will probably have a solution for heat damaged units (like new legs/other parts). Also - it's hard to know if that issue will be common (given its a shipping issue rather than QC/assembly issue). You'll more than likely end up with a working Eris either through luck of the draw or CS. Don't overthink/catastrophoize about it if/until something happens. You'll be happier and live longer that way.  

 

Well, mine magically appeared at JFK, following no updates for days to indicate it had even arrived at the latest warehouse on its tour. Based on what I’m seeing here, I fully expect to eventually receive either a rag doll, or a straight-up lump of purple slag..

I’ve just had some horrible dice rolls with shipments recently. Cracked plastic and a missing piece on my recent figures order, and rust/warped plastic on the one before that.
Just really hoping to get a “win” after all that!

 

Mine hopped a flight from O'Hare over to JFK overnight. Guess she wanted some pizza.

PSE emailed me and said they just shipped my replacement parts via DHL. New legs, butterfly joints, and a new waist. Will be making a video once they arrive. PSE literally killed it and went above and beyond on customer service.  ❤️❤️

 

Nope. Order from them quite often actually. Just trying to inject some levity into the thread to try to liven up the atmosphere a little. People are worried and they have reason too. Some are arriving damaged and being a limited run figure there are most likely not spares held back for the unfortunately required replacements; swapping parts does not always do the trick on getting a figure back to what it should be. Longer a figure sits somewhere unmoving raises the chances of it getting lost (not necessarily permanently). China has never had the best track record for shipping things internationally (been that way for 10 or more years so COVID only made a bad situation worse) especially when using national companies instead of world spanning ones like Fedex, UPS, and DHL. Yes Fedex f'ed up this time around but it is not the norm. PSX is one of the few companies I can say that have stellar customer service. They will do what they can to make it right.

 

I was even thinking something like pirate like that turns into a pirate ship. Skull mask, big cannon, lockdown like hook hand. It's different and as an idea the concept could evolve into something amazing using this as a reference.

So, to confirm. Those that have received your Eris figures--do they all come with those replacement parts for Stellarus? I have a buddy that has one, and when I found out my Eris would have those parts, I told him I'd give him mine.

There was a little confusion in the beginning with some people saying not all came with them? So if you can sound off on yours having or not having those o-rings, that'd be cool.

 

Mine hasn't arrived yet, but as far as I understand, they included the replacement parts if the same customer had bought Stellarus. So presumably, if you didn't buy Stellarus, your Eris won't come with replacement parts for him.
