Yeah I want to hope they’re still kicking but it’s not looking too optimistic.

 

I'm guessing this guy didn't sell too well. Seen him on clearance at showz for quite a while. It's a shame but not necessarily unexpected. Probably the only reason companies like sentinel can keep releasing similarly niche products is due to their ridiculous pricing.

It’s a shame because Red Sharp Shooter is a really solid figure based on a series that should get more attention in the 3P world.

 

I hate to be that person, but I think if it transformed it would have done better.

 

Big agree - it's a HUGE shame that there's not more 3P Car Robots love out there, and that's probably a big part of why I liked Red Sharpshooter so much.

 

I have to agree. As much as I like the figure, it would have been cool for a modern update with transforming/parts forming like the original.

 

I just got this guy, and he looks really great, really premium feeling figure. It is too bad, as others have said, that he doesn't transform, but I knew this going in. I do wish the smaller mode looked just like the original smaller mode. Right now it just feels like a compromise, like "if we take these parts off and you squint your eyes he looks like the base version of optimus." Again, I love the look of this figure and I'm a huge fan of RID2001 so this is fantastic to me. I just feel like there were some things holding it back from being a slam dunk.

I would still like to see what they do with ultra Magnus, if they do him.

Boy, that looks sharp! I just had the regular one in hand the other day and it's quite an impressive piece. Feels heavy and well built. I was wondering when we'd hear from this company again. Might have to pre-order this guy!

 

I have the original and love it, and considering how this is the closest I might ever get to owning Lucky Draw Fire Convoy, I might just have to go for it, no matter how much Robot Kingdom's shipping prices bum me out

We're pretty sure these are the final colors, yeah? With the yellow jewel on the chest and the red ab section? I'm kinda on the fence about ordering this guy, and I've seen some pics of him with blue accents instead, which don't accurately reflect the black Super Fire Convoy.
