Paypal keeps moving my resolution date back, is it worth contacting them?

 

I've always called paypal before (been polite but insistent) and got more timely service.

 

I've just gone on paypal and the transaction just says go to the ebay resolution centre, which if you click on wrong item received, they ask you to return it for a refund. Don't really want to go posting this shit back half way across the world :-/

 

Don't do that.
Call ebay and start the claim

 

I contacted Paypal saying the seller is scammer from the Ebay reviews and they issue a dispute to the seller.

I see there is one review "sent an instruction book for megaton" for tj_dynng-8, if he gets little bit more, i feel they would see a trend happening. (currently waiting on that so that I can have some ground with Paypal as the items is still in shipping phase for me)

 

I will leave a negative stating the same for him shortly.

 

Ordered on 5/31, delivered today to Oregon 6/11. They used Yanwen, and took only 11 days, nice!

anyone bought from quduomoss and left feed back on him regarding this item? New. Transformer tin metal AW-01 magnification alloy MPM06 robot toy, I need to know how to get in touch with a person at the post office, I have called and chatted with them and all they tell me is I have to wait since the status is "in transit, arriving late" and it's been a month already in my state and still can't get it to see if I was scammed, which most likely is the case and to start a claim, which ebay won't let me until my expected delivery date expires on July 12th, which is totally ridiculous since I purchased this in mid april

Does this look reliable? I'm aware that it is a ko masterpiece but is there anyway to tell which one? I know there are a lot of bad masterpiece kos.

Yes he did. He actually had a positive feedback for that sale.

I wouldn't pre-order anything as I think some folks have had issues in the past when the pre-order dragged out too long. But for in-stock items mr.brian2009 and his 3 other accounts have been reliable the past 2 years. I've got a list at work if it's yellowb85 and wolvesbabies or one of the other accounts that are also his. We figured this out about a year ago in this thread when mr.brain2009 confirmed the other accounts to a couple member's direct questions.
Same as the 2 or 3 "mascot" accounts which are all for one seller. Those have been pretty decent for the past couple of years I believe.

 

KOs are totally the luck of the draw. Some are fairly decent but others are missing bits or have super loose joints. I don't think we've ever identified any sellers who get "all the good KOs". I think a lot of it has to do with super lax QC at the factory. They roll off the assembly line one good and the next terrible as far as I can tell.

 

I'm going to guess we should have our dispute trigger ready for those that bought from that Tj_dynn guy in the last month

 

They really are! I got this as a reply to my message asking for a refund:

'My friend, I'm really sorry that the item you purchased is still in transit. I used it and sent it to you by China Post. Because SPEED PAK can't carry items with weapons. I'll send you the tracking number when I get to the studio tomorrow.'

I bought the CBB Bruticus and Defensor sets from him about a year ago. Fast postage and well packed.

 

Has anyone had an experience with a seller named m1nstral? They appear to be somewhat new - 100% score on 338 ratings - but currently have some low prices on a couple of pre-orders.

Their listings didn’t seem overly suspicious, but I haven’t dug through their feedback yet either.

I’ve not used that seller.

When you start looking at the feedback it tells you he has been involved in 7 transactions in the last month of which he was the seller for two of those.

Hardly an active seller.

Look back over the previous six months he sold 4 items.

The account has been on eBay for at least 15 years.

I personally wouldn’t use him. He’s not really a TF seller in my eyes. He doesn’t carry the stock if there are problems with your purchases and I doubt on the high ticket items you won’t get a lot of assistance to resolve issues if they do arise.

@supes80 - see if you can get the PO to confirm the weight of the parcel that is in transit to you. If you have been sent a Lego piece or some other PoS instead of the item you ordered which clearly weighs a lot more, you could look at going back to eBay/paypal to clarify earlier you have been scammed and want to get your full refund claim started. It would be very handy if the negative feedbacks start coming in thick and fast for that seller to help you with getting a refund sooner.

 

That's odd. I would call again and speak to a different Paypal rep.
