I’ll check out parts of those videos, but I think that I am going to skip the transformation. I really like to experience that for the first time with the figure itself and since this will no doubt be an amazingly engineered figure I want to go in blind even more in that regard.

With TF1 you have the MPM and three different sizes of KO, with ROTF you have two different sizes of studio series KO so there's quite a few already.

3P companies probably think there's no point in investing time and money in an original mold when the market is already filled with cheaper to produce alternatives.

 

Between the MPM and it’s various KOs I think we’re good on TF1 Megs. Maybe a better one could be made but I am satisfied there. ROTF needs something though, that is the best design for Movie Megatron, and one of Megatron’s best in general, and it deserve the MPM treatment whether officially or unofficially. The BMB KO of the Studio Series figure is great but it’s definitely a placeholder.

 

Working treads is a must for me...

 

That would be awesome but to be honest I don’t see that ever happening on a fully transforming figure of that design.

So there is a pretty big difference.

 

Not correct. Vice versa, the exchange course (Euro/USD) at the moment is much much better than for example year ago. ...If you look at things trough the european eyes.  

 

What I really want is for his tank mode to be fully complete. By that I mean so his hands aren't sticking out in tank mode.

 

The Chest Light would be an awesome feature, but I could live without it.
But on the other side..
an Galvatron with LED Lights in Eyes and Chest (Front and Back) would be really awesome.

Is it correct so far, that this UT Nero has LED Light on the Eyes only?

That is another thing that bothers me with this Price Tag; If he would have LED at the Chest also, it would be an Instant purchase for me. But for 175$ this is Kind of Lazy.

It should be possible for ANY Company to include LED Lights at every Figure and on every spot ( at least on Eyes, Guns ) for an 175$ Price Tag.

 

I think when i look at those pictures, the color choice on the chest is so good that it doesn’t necessarily need a led light.
