Haven't seen him in store, but I managed to order him from the Toyworld website during a very brief window where you could get it online, should arrive tomorrow. Looks like he's in stock in about half of the Toyworlds around the country.

 

It was posted in a private B/S/T Facebook group I'm in and due to its privacy status, I didn't want to go sharing around people's images and such outside the group.

Dang, I had no idea it was on the site. I missed out. Te Awamutu's Toyworld is so small, so I doubt it'll ever come past here. I checked earlier in the week just to be sure and they haven't restocked anything since I last raided it about 2 or 3 months ago lol.

 

According to their site he's in stock at Te Awamutu as of 6:30pm today (Monday), so it might be time for another raid.

 

$120? In your dreams, Toyworld. You already charge enough being above retail everywhere else.

 

Okay, so he arrived, confirming he's in the country...but I sort of wish he wasn't. The paint job is great, the red is a lot brighter in person, the metallic purple is great and his teeth are picked out in chrome, but the QC on this guy is terrible. I like the BW Megatron figure, but this one is terrible, it's covered in mold flash, the head is falling apart at the seams, the chest won't stay together and I had to use a knife to pry the legs apart for transformation. It's entirely possible it's just my one, but you know...consider yourself warned.

 

Yours is the open mouth? The one I just checked in Glenfield is the closed mouth.

Feel like I've had the same issue with standard meg, even one of his hip covers has come off really disappointing considering the price point, outside of that I'm not finding anything in Wellington at the moment bit of a shame

Definitely the incorrect shoulders but it doesn't bother me much. Called in and picked up mine.

I just got the buying bug. After years of not buying transfomers, I've just been learning about the studio series and WFC:kingdom etc. I just bought a ton of figures (my bank account is bruised).

I'm going to check the wellington branch to enquire about galvatron.
