I remembered they listed bulkhead as next on prime's box.

A long time ago and they stopped doing it by Version 2.0 of APC-001.
Let's remain hopefully optimistic, BUT I think FE Bulkhead was a significantly more complex figure than Prime (and less of a bankable figure too).
Hmm, that attempt to remain optimistic didn't even last the full sentence!

To be honest with all of you, no matter what Hasbro and Takara come up with regarding potential future TF Prime toylines, it's safe to say that both APC TOYS Dark Master and APC Toys Attack Prime will always be the definitive TF Prime Megatron and Optimus Prime action figures because APC have beaten Hasbro and Takara to the finish line and succeeded what they failed to give us years ago. Sorry Hasbro and Takara. Anyone looking for the first KO Prime release? He's loose/complete with box for $40 plus shipping. Any questions just shoot me a PM. Figured I'd ask before listing him in my sales thread in a few days.

Yes those are the best definitive leaders but they gave us improved KO of what Hasbro gave us. Without the original Hasbro molds these wouldn't be anything.

Still hoping for a Battle Damaged Prime from APC to match Megatron.

Just got my APC figures over the past couple of days. Very impressed so far, looking forward to see any future releases!

Transformers Prime is one of my favourite parts of TF media and I collected all the show characters that Hasbro released (why no voyager Hardshell?!). But I didn't pick up any of the 3rd party add on kits at the time, even though it always bugged me that most of the characters didn't come with all of their weapons. When I saw all the gear the APC toys releases came with it certainly piqued my interest, even though I traditionally steer clear of 3rd party. Anyway, long story short I recently decided to treat myself to these when I saw them at a good price, and I'm happy that I did!

I have First Edition Prime, so really only went for this one for the extra swords & gun, but in hand the paint job on the APC version is so much better than the official release. Likewise, Arcee was more for her armoury, although I had never handled the First Edition mold before. I'm still on the fence with this one, she feels a little loose in hand, and I'm genuinely not sure if I prefer this or the RID version I already have...

Megatron though, wow, he is the star of the show! What a toy. Leaps and bounds above the Voyage RID Megs. He has real shelf presence and towers over Prime. What a unit!

Nice congrats. A word of caution, that Arcee is prone to paint scratching when you transform her.

Are these the same figures as the FE ones just wit better paint, or are they larger scale?

AFAIK they're 1:1 KOs in most cases with the obligatory improved paint work, except for Dark Master being a massive upscale and slight tweak of the FE Deluxe Megatron to pretty much "modern" Leader size.

It depends on the figure? Scale-wise Prime and Arcee are 1:1 KOs but Megatron is upsized from the official FE deluxe. Specifically, APC's version stands head and shoulders above Optimus whereas the official FE Megatron is the same height as FE Optimus. I also think it's cool that APC is including accessories that match and/or improve on some of the long out-of-print Dr. Wu add-on kits.

Pretty sure the official FE Megatron was just a deluxe while FE Optimus was a Voyager (they did make a deluxe Optimus but we don't talk about that one XD) so there was a significant height difference with Prime being a lot taller than Megaton

Oops.  I was actually thinking about the deluxe ‘versus’ set that comes with the human figs. You’re right about the single FE releases. For the official voyagers, I do prefer how Prime RID Megatron scales to FE Optimus. APC sets a new bar, though.

Finally got both my APC Megs and OP delivered from China. HOLY!!
Agree this Megs really is the definitive appearing TFP version.
I was a little apprehensive cause I wanted to get the battle damaged version based on some pics and reviews, but I couldn't find it. So I got the original coloration instead, but whoa man, this thing is pretty much PERFECT! He really does lend presence to the shelf.
And OP is no slouch either. The chromed 2.0 version rocks!
I would gladly buy whatever else they come out with (although no Arcee for me - I think I prefer the RiD version more).
