I'm not the best source for this, but that definitely looks like he'd be the real deal! No obvious parts shared between any other Waspinator, and the headsculpt and wings definitely fit Kingdom's realistic animal motif.
Damn, I think that's really Kingdom Waspy! Please tell me I'm not dreaming lol

 

I don't recognize any pieces from other toys.

DAMMMMNNNN. They got me. They did something I didn't expect and changed him up completely ( engineering) People are going to b***h about the insect legs on the legs but I will take it because of the complete overhaul in engineering.

Those insect legs in bot mode though.... 

If I remember correctly, @Apollux did indeed say that the bot mode legs had two bug mode legs hanging off them.

 

OOF, I don't know about those insect legs (both looks and placement), but everything else looks great!

 

I have the T30 Waspinator, but, dammmmnnnn, this look good..

That bot mode head sculpt looks lovely, and the wings being able to go upwards in bot mode is fantastic!

My only real complaint though is that they didn't articulate the insect legs like Blackarachnia and Scorponok though, so they could at least be folded together to look a little better in bot mode.

 

I’m assuming the wasp head splits apart for robot mode...
