i cant say i would ever car about working doors on a legends bot.

What I meant is that MP-44's truck mode was mainly advertised because of its realistic look. Opening doors enhance that even more. I think it's a nice little gimmick. It gives it a more toyish feel. Hides the fact that it transforms even more if that makes sense.

 

One side of me is a little irritated that MS is doing another prime instead of a new character.

The other side of me is floored by this figure and now wants a MS Megs 2.0 (I hate myself  ).

Yeah, it's alright. It's not the end of the world. Gotta wait till color prototype to judge.

 

Oh you are right some things may stand out more once coloured. I hope they choose a MP44esque color scheme with a very vibrant red.

 

Now this is a nice shot, I like how busy with mechanical detail he feels from this angle, painting all those bits gunmetal would make it even better... now I am interested xD

For those who have made pre-orders for these types of figures in the past… when do you guys think this will actually be released?

 

Everything but their Stunticons has been fairly quick turn around. I'd guess end of this year or beginning of next year. The turn around feels like it has gotten quicker, but that might be NA and MS keeping things under wraps longer to one up each other.

 

ShowZ has the estimated release date late October '21. Could be right, could be wrong. Take a look at our favorite example, Prowl.. He's had many eta's, current eta is late July. First Constructicon duo eta is mid July.... Poor Prowl .

I really don't want them to rush this. Cause if they make anything wrong, I don't want to wait for a potential fixed second batch.

 

Not too much on this one, mostly biceps, elbow joints, the "vents" on the legs...
