Heathens... you all really don't display your figures in alt-mode laying on their sides?

So I just read about this site moments ago, and went ahead and pre-ordered Skywarp as well.

    It was an odd process.

I made an account, I made all my selections, and then when I completed the pre-order, it merely showed up in my account as "pre-ordered". No confirmation or anything, just merely added to a list.

    Hope it was done correctly.

Yeah, slightly odd. You should receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.
I love that we have more than a couple options to get these MPs at a decent price. Fingers crossed that the GameStop preorder of thunder cracker goes smoothly! If not, I have a backup at the chosen prime at full price ☹️.

Just got it late last night.
Good times, Skywarp was always my favorite seeker too.

Now I have to consider getting TC as well.

would be like the late 80s or early 90s when your friends seekers had broken off canopies, let’s make half the accessories missing too for nostalgia.

Also I ordered more than 1 TC if anyone needs a copy.

What are the odds they do this in a more toy-accurate deco later?

The seeker mold is already a License to Print Money. Recouping development costs on it is super simple thanks to the crazy number of decepticon Air Force characters. I doubt Takara will see the incentive for a Mp52+++ version. Toyhax labels will probably be your only option.

Like @UtahRobotInDisguise I'd say small, but for a different reasons.

That reason is that the toy releases we've had so far have shown that TT includes remoulded parts to be more accurate to the original toy: Megatron's new head and chest, the toy head and detailed shins on the Sunstreaker repaints.

For the seekers this would at the very least mean adding shin thrusters, and the tailfins and -wings have to be attached to the lower legs. The shin thrusters might be possible, but the tailfins and -wings...?

Megatron was only slight changes. Toy version didn’t have trigger crotch, for instance, so it wouldn’t necessarily require massive amounts of changes. In fact, the majority of + versions had no differences other than colors & tampos. More than likely it would just be gold eyes and a ton of tampographed details all over, and cost $300 or so.

Arc is 30,700 yen. On Amazon, it’s like $170

I went with Entertainment Earth and used the $15 off coupon, you can try that if it still works?

I bought two from robot kingdom. Shipping was 74 for both. Probably 50 for you.

Decided to do Show Z. With premium account and points plus free shipping $217. I think that’s as good as I can get.

I went with Showz too. Cant get much better for TT Mall stuff. Only other option is to take a gamble on it shelf warming and being cheaper some time after release. Unlikely I'd say.
