Earthrise mold Blue Bluestreak please!

 

What kind of alt-mode will these guys have, I wonder..? I'm totally all for releasing figures that would make great mooks / background guys.

 

Their like asteroid modes I reckon. I might get a few if their good.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if some post anonymously and drag some of these people for their stupid takes.

 

No, it's okay. We really don't need to take the same four or five guys and give them nearly identical figures three times in four years. We really really don't. I'm bummed the ER Seeker mold doesn't have a waist joint...but I don't need them to do another round of those guys again any time soon.

Maybe? But seems like the risks of getting found out would by your employers would be pretty high. I know lots of companies where they frown upon employees commenting publicly on anything related to them. Because even if they're not authorized to speak on behalf of the company, it'll still reflect back on them if they do anything stupid.

There are entire PR departments dedicated to that stuff.

 

In agreement here. I understand why the Cybertronian/Earth modes, but they're out of the way now. They're G1 likenesses, they can be re-released if needed, but let's move on. The '84-'85 crew is great and all, but let's finish it up and move on. When I get my Leader-class Snarl, this G1er will finally be at peace.

 

Alright, just finished Prime, and boy it was amazing. I really hope we get some updates of guys like Dreadwing and Breakdown. If not well... *cue Dreadwing screaming in the middle of that thunderstorm from the second to the last episode he appeared in.

 

Can we get the rainmakers as Datsuns? That would be fabulous.

It could still be a pretool for an Earth mode Hound. A new mold would definitely be preferable to a Siege retool for him because the Siege figure has those ugly hollow feet on the sides on the vehicle mode.

There are several pretty good upgrade kits that fix the feet issue. I'd much rather they give the new mold slots to characters and designs who didn't just get figures in the last year.

Wheeljack was one of the only Prime figures I had and he was amazing. That said I wouldn't mind an update since it'd be a great pretool for a new Drift.

 

my impression has been that they lurk on /tfg/ more than other forums, partially to do that sort of shitpost venting.

I have a thought about more Datsuns, Lambos and Seekers as well. Starts with a HECK and ends with a NO. We know the movies are headed in that direction. Let SS handle those characters for awhile.

Which is why you should use a VPN and not power level. Neither is required here, just basic logic and general business knowledge.

 

They cost as much as the retail price of the figure and involve partsforming. The feet never should've been designed such that they were an issue.

 

My head on my copy disintegrated because of how bad that gimmick was conceived and designed, and on top of that the entire toy was a poorly-engineered mess. We deserve better on all fronts, from both a G1 Blitzwing and an Animated Blitzwing.

 

I took mine apart for sanding a while back ... yeah, its both the faces' material and the paint on the inside of the helmet. Something about that yellow paint on that plastic... the paint was chipping off all friction-ed areas and kinda clogging things up. Also turned out the plastic itself had become brittle so the post around which the faces rotate was breaking down. The head still holds together, and I was gonna junk it, but my kid adores the face-changing gimmick.

 

That and 84 toy silver too!

 

Make sure he is 84 Toy silver accurate to!
