So I've mentioned before while NA's Datsuns and Porsches are a bit on the small side, its actually consistent with MP scaling in regards to MS' Trailbreaker and Inferno molds. But hey, if you're also one of those, Stunticons being Seeker height and larger than the carbots (even though that wouldn't make sense in the context of the ep when the Autobots disguised themselves as them), they're consistent that way too:

I've been looking at the beginning of this thread, and I remember why I wasn't into 3P legends until now.

Most of the early designs *look* primitive compared to more recent offerings.

They also *look* inaccurate to any source material that I know of.

Some of them were just plain ugly, compared to Magic Square & NewAge products.

Early on, the DX9 Dinobots were very tempting but not enough to win me. It was Magic Square and the increasing number of Ark Crew members that Iron Factory started releasing that reeled me in. MS and NA were pivotal in changing the game indeed

Honestly I don't think the problem is they are too small, to me they look too wide instead. They look small because they have this squished feel to them.

Sorry if I missed someone doing this, it seems like the past few pages have been chock-full of Legends combiners goodness so here's a quick comparison I took real quick on the coffee table.

Iron Factory's Blitzwing is not one of their better efforts.

Goddammit man I love your dioramas, espeially that bubbling lava display. That's very toon but still realistic too somehow!

Here's a "what if" they just rocked up and stole our energon in The Nemesis and didn't totally screw themselves in an asteroid field! tumblr_f18396e72112a3e2d41e34195cab955e_269fb8db_1280.jpg

Thanks man, I just need to step up a bit but been so busy with other things.
Thanks, this works for me, by far from done but I am still learning.
After seeing Bobby Skullface I tought this would look good with Legends :D

Gorgeous photos as ever there buddy, I love that sky in the background of Sixshot and Ultra magnus, when ever the real sky is like that I have to stop and admire it for a while then usually take a picture as well because they dont come very often.

Sorry I'm playing a bit of catch up on this thread as last week I spent all my free time photographing my complete collection to show case in the collection section, g1, mp, legends, idw, memorabilia was a bit of a mission getting it all out the loft but also a good chance to catalogue it all as lose track of everything these days

I'm curious, has anyone figured out what "scale" Magic Square/MFT are in relation to train scale? I was looking into building some dioramas using some props from model train sets, but wondered what scale they were(or at least what scale they were closest to). Thanks!

Yes I've been inspired by his too one day I'll be taking lessons from you and him for my displays! Like the change up option too.
